We have been members with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and our experience has been excellent. Ronny was very knowledgeable, professional, and considerate throughout the entire service visit. He took the time to explain everything and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. Elisha was also wonderful to work with — very helpful, attentive, and friendly. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!

Had an issue with my shower leaking and needed the valve and a few other things fixed with my shower. Elisha showed up on time and explained everything that needed to be fixed/done. Very professional, hard worker and very friendly. The job only took a couple hours to finish and everything was cleaned up/put back to where it was. It was a bit pricey, but their prices were pretty competitive compared to other companies. Will be calling Benjamin Franklin Plumbing/Elisha in the future for my plumbing needs!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Elisha did a wonderful job and was extremely courteous and professional. He understood my problem and was able to attend to the issue quickly. I all Elisha’s professional and understanding. We will be using Benjamin Franklin services moving forward as I have a planned kitchen piping remodel in the works.

Elisha was very polite and on time. And he was super quick and efficient. He cleaned up so well it was better than before. He also had a great toilet with him so he was able to install the new toilet on the spot.

On November 18th, 2025 Benjamin Franklin Plumbing sent Julio Badillo to repair my kitchen faucet and sprayer. After arriving Julio went right to work. He diagnosed the problem, gave me options and explained everything in detail. Julio installed a new faucet and sprayer. I was very grateful and relieved. Julio was polite, professional and a very skilled plumber. I thoroughly enjoyed having him at my home. Julio demonstrated genuine concern, respectfully answered my questions and solved my plumbing issue. I will be a future customer of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and request Julio Badillo as the technician.
