Jim Farmer and the crew at BF have shown some great customer service regardless of where it turns into a service appointment or not. Called to talk through a service late on a Friday night and Jim didn't hesitate to walk me through potential sourcing of part solutions as well as offer his services to check their inventory on the weekend. Top Notch. Definately recommend.

Carlos was fantastic! He was on site within two hours of calling; he explained the work, shared the price upfront, and left everything in immaculate condition. I would absolutely use them again for any plumbing needs.

The gentlemen (JT) did a great job on the 3 drains he cleaned, cleaned the mess and was very professional. I do have an issue with the invoice total. I paid $659,00, I think it should have been $560, if my addition/subtraction is correct. Pls review invoice and let me know. Mr. Felipe Gonzalez did a great job clearing my kitchen sink drain. He was polite and patient in answering my questions. He worked pretty fast. Definitely a good experience. A coupon was also honored and saved quite a bit.

My daughter had a clogged drain and I called Ben Franklin Plumbing after doing a Google search and the woman who answered my call was very helpful and accommodating. She was able to get us an appointment in a timely manner. Our tech, Cole Turner, and another tech showed up promptly and did an excellent job unclogging my daughter’s drain. I got a call Tuesday morning from my elderly father-in law that his hot water was not working. One call to the team at Benjamin Franklin and they sent an estimator (Adam) out the same day to identify our problem. He verified a problem with the water heater and suggested we replace a water storage tank was at risk of failure. We had been planning to update the water softener so two installers arrived Wednesday to help us out. Alex and Braden were polite, professional, and did great work. They showed us how to operate our equipment and took all of the old equipment when they were done. I highly recommend this team!

Mr. Gustavo Rocha arrived this afternoon to install a Kind Water Filter system. He was professional and courteous throughout the installation. Prior to starting he solicited any concerns I might have and upon completion he demonstrated how the system work making sure I knew to shut off the system if needed. Gustavo recommended that I should also get a pressure gauge for the system in which I will consider. After the work was completed he cleaned the area and also removed all the packing material. I whole heartedly recommend him for future work for my household, family, and neighbors. He epitomizes what customer service is and should be.

I had a great experience with Cree Kliegl, the plumbing technician who fixed my water heater today. He showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and made the whole process super smooth. He explained everything well, gave me a fair and reasonable quote on the repair, and made sure I was happy with the work. Overall, awesome service and really nice person to work with. I’m thrilled to have hot water in my home again! Definitely recommend!
