Quick and efficient work. Even after the work was complete, I had a concern and was able to connect immediately with Nick (even on a Friday night!). A team member stopped by on the way to another job to confirm that the job was complete!

I use Benjamin Franklin today for the first time and they were excellent. It was very easy to make an appointment. The technician was on time and he did a great job and I got to use their end of the year discount so it was a free visit and I got money off my service. He also was kind enough to give me the name of a contractor for future work.

Alie Joseph did a great job repairing our outdoor hose bib today. He was friendly and competent. We got a 2 year warranty on parts and labor and the price was reasonable. He came out the same day we called, which was great.

Just had the hands down best experience with Jason W. At Benjamin Franklin plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and explained to us what the issue was and the best solution to fix it. He is a kind man that cares about his customers. Highly recommend him and the company. It was very easy to book a timely appointment and the follow up was great. PS: Had to have BF come out again for follow up on my issue. Curtis P and Chris were the plumbers who helped me this time around and I can't say enough good about how hard they worked to get to the root of my problem. They are very professional and knowledgeable and don't give up until they resolve the issue.

Chris, Dylan and Mike were like a dream team. These guys were nothing short of amazing. I have an autistic son who asks alot of questions and they were so gentle and sweet with him in answering all his question. Benjamin Franklin will forever have my business. 10/10 recommend!
