OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THESE OFFICIAL RULES INCLUDE AN ARBITRATION PROVISION. PLEASE REVIEW IT CAREFULLY AS IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on June 1, 2026 at 12:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) through June 30, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET (“Promotion Period”), log on to https://www.benjaminfranklinplumbing.com/porcelainpicksreadingchallenge/ (“Promotion Page”) and complete the entry form for the Promotion and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Fill in all required information. You may enter only once. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent these Official Rules. All entry information become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by the Sponsor.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to entrants who are (a) residents of the following states where Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is located: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA and WI, and (b) 18 years of age or age of majority and older as of June 1, 2026, except for franchisees of Sponsor, employees of Sponsor and Ancestry.com, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively with Sponsor, “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Any decision related to eligibility will be at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
4. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about July 1, 2026 by Sponsor to select one (1) prize #1 winner from among all eligible entries received. Prize #1 winner will designate a local library as prize #2 winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email and must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within seven (7) days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All taxes and unspecified expenses resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this Promotion, entrant represents and warrants that entrant is eligible to participate in this Promotion, and accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering the Promotion, entrant waives all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including exemplary, punitive, special, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate, illegible, stolen, invalid, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected, or technically corrupted entries; entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Promotion; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Promotion; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Promotion, or announcement of the prizes. If, in Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Promotion, or technical or other difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Promotion, or if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion the need to modify these Official Rules or the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify the Promotion in a manner Sponsor deems appropriate. Sponsor will provide reasonable notice of cancellation or any modifications, which shall be deemed to be fulfilled once the modified Official Rules are posted on the Promotion Page. In the event of cancellation, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of cancellation. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.
6. PRIZE:

Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit 1 prize per entrant. No substitution, transfer of prize or cash redemption (for non-cash prizes) permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential prize #1 winner is disqualified for any reason, the local library designated by that prize #1 winner is also disqualified, and Sponsor will award prize #1 to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries and prize #2 to the alternate prize #1 winner’s designated local library. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

Promotion Parties make no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, regarding or relative to the prizes, their value or use, including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The winner bears all risk of loss or damage to the prize after taking possession of the prize. By accepting any prize, the winner agreeS to and do hereby release Promotion Parties from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property arising out of or relating to the receipt, ownership or use of a prize.

7. ARBITRATION, CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Maryland, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any claim or controversy arising out of, relating to or in connection with the Promotion or these Official Rules will be resolved exclusively by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules at its Washington, DC regional office and conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative basis. Entrant agrees to faithfully observe these Official Rules and abide by and perform any award rendered by the arbitrator and that any arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. For any claim or controversy which may not be subject to arbitration or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules or the Promotion, the entrant irrevocably submits and consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Howard County in the State of Maryland and agrees not to raise the defense of forum non-conveniens. In the event any portion of this section is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in force.
