My water heater was 16 years old. I thought I was just going to get an estimate for a new one and imagined it would take a long time to install. They had one on the truck and it was installed in one hour. Very professional. Highly recommended.

We had a new dishwasher installed today. Michael did a great job. He took his time explaining everything he had to do and why. He went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t have any problems. His knowledge and experience along with his care for customer satisfaction made this a very pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be a lifelong Benjamin Franklin customer. I was so happy that Benjamin Franklin answered and came out the same day I called. I really appreciated that since we weren’t able to use our kitchen sink. Nick unclogged the sink and offered to have someone come back out to check to be sure we have it vented to prevent future backups. I really appreciate a company that looks out for your best interest. Nick was also very friendly!

We used Benjamin Franklin for an issue with our water heater yesterday. Carlos provided excellent service during the visit. The communication was great, fast same day service and resolved the issue with our water heater. I bought a service contract as a result so they can service the water heater and furnace annually.
