Ben Franklin plumbing was great from the first inquiry I made on thumbtack. Responded next day, and had availability exactly when I needed! Got confirmation call from tech, within arrival window, he was there in 15minutes, problem assessed, options quoted, to final resolution of issue I abt an hr. Forrest was awesome- professional, friendly, thorough. Cost was what I roughly expected but better, it was not more massive issue, nipped early. Arrived on time. Was polite. Gave a quote on on all costs and options. Took time to answer all question. Installation are completed as scheduled & Chad explained what we needed to know to take the proper care of the thankless water heater.

Nick came out again after sneaking our drain line a couple days ago. He made it seem like it was not a bother for him. Instead of shaking again, because he had tested the line before he left the first time. He capped the other outlets by our double laundry sink and plunged one of the laundry tub drains. He figured there was still lint on the sides of the drain and the plunging helps to loosen that. Testings this time produced a normally fast flow. I was pleased with those results and his experienced and knowledgeable methodology to get those results. This second visit came well under the 30-day warranty given by Benjamin Franklin on their work.

Shaun called and provided the time he would be arrived. He arrived on time, quickly evaluated what needed to be done and immediately started. He completed the job promptly and cleaned up after he was done and asked if everything was done correctly. He also mentioned if the same that required the repair started again to call and they would come out
