Yes, we were very satisfied with Matt G. He arrived within the time period given to us. Matt was extremely professional and knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. Matt was also very mindful of protecting our home and cleaning up after himself. Too bad we did not have him (Matt) on the first visit. Thank you Matt you save our butts literally!

Trey was the technician. Had a leaky bath faucet handle, whole unit needed to be replaced (what I thought would be the case)… He was super flexible with time and very informative, explained pricing well and what was needed, with my best interests in mind, I felt. Very friendly, and did a great job in a timely manner. They were great getting here on a weekend and he was even early!!!

Job very well done. Great work replacing old 1980 bathroom shower and tub with new 2024 bathroom shower and tub. Pipes were also replaced due to a leakage which now is in suburb condition. Bathroom looks amazing and it was done in an awesome amount of time. I absolutely recommend these guys to anybody needing their bathroom fixed or redone.

Shaun was great. He stopped in and assessed everything. Disconnect the stove from the gas line and added a shut off for us and completed it all within 30 minutes. The cost for the service was higher than expected but that's not his fault. We will definitely use Ben Franklin again

Had a new toilet installed. Benjamin Franklin’s plumber, Charlie, came out to install it. He called to let me know his status, he was reliable, pleasant and quick! He cleaned up and you wouldn’t even know anyone was there. I would highly recommend them.
