Ray was awesome. Problem was more than I expected.and he explained the issues when he came at 3 day before Thanksgiving.. He could not get new toilet until today and was here at 8:30 to install. He got toilet installed and cleaned up and my bathroom was spotless. Appreciate The customer service. This is my second time using BFP and will definitely call them again. Price was fair too.

Leon Wilson did an amazing job, as well as everyone at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I called with a leak and they were able to get to me quickly. The office staff was so helpful in setting up the appointment. Once Leon got here he was so professional and took his time to explain what the issue is and give me a couple of options to fix it. He did such a great job and I give his work 5 stars as well. Best Plumbing experience I had in years. Thank You

I had a few plumbing issues that needed to be fixed, and Benjamin Franklin was quick to come out. I was able to easily schedule an appointment off their website, and the technicians that come out where friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. They were a great team and resolved all our plumbing needs. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. They did a great job!
