Joseph and Nick arrived on time and were able to diagnose and repair the issue promptly. Woke up to find my water heater leaking. Used Thumbtack to find service, and Ben Franklin contacted me quickly. Had a plumber out by noon, and my water heater was replaced by 5 pm. They gave me several options for replacement, and I chose the best value for my household. Very happy with the service and new water heater.
Called on a Monday due to our hot water heater going out on us , and John had someone out that day ! So, I support their motto 100%! Also, they were very transparent with what needed to be done and installed our new heater the next day! I appreciate their promptness and efficiency. I called as I had an emergency leak in my bathroom. Water was leaking at a rapid rate and covering the bathroom floor. I was unable to cut off the water outside as the cutoff valve was too difficult for me to turn. I spoke with Sarah who was kind, compassionate and efficient. Anthony and another plumber came within 30 minutes and fixed the problem pronto. They also drained my hot water heater for me. They were polite, clean and efficient. They left no mess and were able to get the water cutoff working. It had calcified. They will be my plumbers for life!
Ray did a detailed review of the crawl space under my house. He was personable and knowledgeable of the sump pump and moisture under the house. He offered solutions that will help. He is a great representative.
Rick did a great job replacing all the old leaky pipes under my kitchen sink. He was very efficient and knowledgeable with a ton of background experience. He patiently explained the work to be done, and explained everything he did as he was working. So happy with the quality of the work and the level of customer service. I would absolutely recommend him to friends.
