Very pleased with the service we received today from this new business! Called and Logan arrived within an hour to convert furnace from nature gas to propane. Very pleasant, completed work in an appropriate time frame at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be comfortable using this company again.

Exceptional service, fixed a problem other companies could not fix for years. Extremely knowledgeable and very happy with the service. Would recommend 1000% 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Hugo was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and was super helpful!

Brandon was very easy to work with in giving me options to consider. Personable, polite and professional!

Excellent quality work. Company employees are very knowledgeable and professional. Very reasonable prices for the work performed.

I needed my 12-year-old water heater replaced soon and requested seven estimates. Two gave a verbal quote over the phone without seeing the job. I was not sure what I was getting or if they would add additional charges after they got the job. One was going to bring a water heater with them to replace it during the estimate process. One gave written quote that stated a price and description of “replace 50 gal water heater”. There were no details on the work to be completed. Benjiman Franklin Plumping’s estimate was the most complete on the work to be performed. Davy noticed issues with the current installation that was not to code that others missed. He spent the time explaining and answering my questions so I could understand what and why items were being done. Davy was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Although they were not the cheapest or the most expensive, they included everything to replace the water heater and bring in up to code within the estimate, with this I gave them the job. The installation was scheduled for the next day, Davy and Wilson arrived on time. The two worked well as a team completing the job beyond my expectations and to my satisfaction. The finished job looked so much better than the original installation. I am sure they are proud to be associated with their work. They cleaned up as they went so no mess was left behind. Job well done. Thanks Davy and Wilson

Brandon helped bring the pressure of our water down because it was way too high and added a filter to our ice maker so we don’t have so many calcifications in our ice! Brandon did a good job and was very nice. He cleaned up after himself and was always friendly. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had!

I have known the owner John for 15 years. He is very knowledgable about plumbing and can explain plumbing systems so well. He has given me great ideas and options when I am working on my house and I value his opinions and advice. Recently, I had a plumbing issue under the house and John took care of it. I am very happy with his work.

I’m gald to say that Benjamin Franklin in Palm Desert helped me install my water heater that failed. Luis and Hugo were very professional and kept the work area cleaned at all times even during the installation process. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs in Coachella valley.

I know the owner and worked with him. He is dependable, has pride in his work and always willing to teach. You can trust Benjamin Franklin Plumbing To be on time, do what they say they are going to do and always produce high quality work. Please give them a try you won’t regret it 😊
