He not only resolved the issue by carefully vacuuming out grease and water (avoiding a huge mess!), but also took the time to explain how to maintain the trap going forward. He applied significant discounts, was meticulous about keeping our basement clean, and even provided a 90-day warranty. It’s rare to find a plumber who is both knowledgeable and considerate, but Nick checked every box. Great customer service. I had a few leaking valves and an old vanity that needed to be replaced in my master bathroom that needed to be done before I left for vacation. I didn’t wish to spend too much on the repairs and got a few expensive quotes from 2 of my local plumbers but they seemed a little pricey. I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they gave me a very reasonable quote and had a technician give me a call and showed up to my house about an hour later! I was amazed on how quickly and neat the job was done . I appreciate the work and will definetly be recommending them to my neighbors.
