My Tech was Cody. He serviced my heating unit 1/23/26. He was professional friendly and respectful. He noted the issue with my unit and took care of it. I've been using One Hour heating since 2012 and will continue. I always have a good experience.

Aaron was friendly and did most of the work in a short period of time. He forgot to return to finish the job so I had to call four times. He came out and apologized as he forgot to finish the small job. No biggie to me. What I was upset was the cost of $2K. It was excessive for the job. I had surgery on right hand so I couldn’t do it. Aaron dug a few feet down reattach the flipper and install a new tube. Being retired with limited income the price was too high for the job. the only new parts was the 40 gage tube and cap which was about $25. The flipper was not replaced but reattached. I feel you folks could do better by not charging a high price for the type of job. The $538 to come out would have been the price to pay. The back up problem was the back flow flipper came off and cause the stop of the flow. Once it was moved the water flowed away. Other suggestions came with a price tag of $4K the back flow value was already installed. Like I said the cost was way too much. Aaron was good doing his job. I’m just angry at the price.

We woke up early this morning to below zero temperatures and the sound of rushing water and flooding on our first floor and basement. Josh from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing arrived on time as promised, located and replaced a cracked pipe so that we were able to turn our water back on within two hours. Josh is a very personable young man who knows his stuff. He also recommended a restoration company to remove and replace our wet plaster. We are very appreciative of his great work on this bitterly cold day.

Excellent service. My water heater started pouring water. So i started calling around to find a plumber that would come and fix it same day. After 10 calls around i found Benjamin Franklin. They sent someone within the hour and before day was done i had a brand new water heater and my house was brought up to code! Thank you Ronnie, David and Jay. Extremely professional and tidy!

Our experience was awesome with Mr JD Workman, Mr Luke , Mr Trey. They did a great job on our home. Workmanship was excellent and they explained what they were doing. The cost was very reasonable we found. More than $2300 lest then the other quote. Found a good plumbing company to do future work we may need!!! They cleaned up after themselves and put all the paneling they removed back. They were very polite. Miss Heather was very polite and helped us out with the pex piping of our house. We rated them 5 stars because they were!!!! Thanks for fantastic job!!!!

I had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! From start to finish, they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They kept me updated every step of the way and even provided clear before-and-after pictures, which I really appreciated. They did an excellent job installing handwashing sinks and a sink for my warming kitchen, and everything was completed with care and attention to detail. I want to give a special shout-out to Tyler and Jenna — they were absolutely amazing, patient, and informative. I also met the manager once (I’m so sorry I forgot your name!), but you were great as well. The whole team truly went above and beyond. What stood out the most is that they took the time to look up the plumbing codes for my childcare center, explained everything clearly, and educated me on the correct equipment that should be used and what should stay to remain compliant. That level of care and knowledge gave me so much peace of mind. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a trustworthy, communicative, and knowledgeable plumbing company. Neri & Brandon were GREAT! The service was consultative and customer focused. These gentlemen went above and beyond, to include putting in overtime to make sure we had what we need before an A.M. home inspection. I look forward to working with them to fulfill needs in our next home!

Vinnie and Myles came promptly to fix our hot water system - not knowing what the real issue even was! As soon as they looked they had the system working within a few minutes. Additionally we looked at the overall system, which had not been maintained properly, and we got a much needed education. We'll be getting them back soon for future maintenance and new system. We call ben franklin and got an immediate response. The plumbers were there in thirty minutes, figured out the problem, fixed the problem, and charged less than the estimate that I originally chose. Thanks to Seth for his expertise and his honesty.
