Jeremy was great! I needed to have all my pipes replaced, sewer, water and gas. It was a big and complex job. Jeremy arrived and explained all the details of the project. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered all my questions and made sure I totally understood everything. I am so happy with the work that was performed and the great communication before, during and after the project. I highly recommend this company and their great team.

My son had a tub faucet that broke and the water wasn’t able to be shut off. Ben Franklin got someone out within the hour. Joey was the technician who came out. He was able to get the water shut off and is coming back tomorrow to replace everything. He was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. Cleaned up after himself and wore his booties in the house to not track dirt in. Thank you Ben Franklin for getting someone out so quickly!

This is my second time that I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Both of my experiences were great. The technicians were wonderful. PJ was very nice and extremely helpful. Mamadou came for an annual plumbing inspection and was absolutely wonderful. He explain everything he was looking for very clearly as well as explained the best course of action for each issue. He was incredible!

Used them two times already my team leader Zizz that came out showed up earlier than time given. He was very professional and courteous. And very humorous!!!! Shawn & Christian was the Technician’s that came out to perform the work. They were both very professional and courteous. The work that was performed they made sure everything was in working order. They also made sure that everything was cleaned in the area of work. I would rate them a (6) out of (5) job well done!!!!!
