He was incredibly kind, respectful, and professional throughout the whole visit. He explained everything clearly and charged a fair price with no surprises. Technician was super on time, assessed the issue as to why hot water was not coming out of shower. Gave us the price and had the replacement part on the truck. Ken was awesome ! He waiting a few extra minutes for me when I called to say I was running and few minutes behind from drop off and his arrival. He was very informative with helping me understanding Plumbing 101 lol. And he was able to provide me with the steps for a successful outcome.
