Mamadou He was a very knowledgeable person to have come and service our hot water heater. He was very polite and is a great asset to your company. Because of his knowledge of everything and how he explained it, we signed up for a service plan from all three companies. We feel confident that this was in our best interest. Jeremy was great! I needed to have all my pipes replaced, sewer, water and gas. It was a big and complex job. Jeremy arrived and explained all the details of the project. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered all my questions and made sure I totally understood everything. I am so happy with the work that was performed and the great communication before, during and after the project. I highly recommend this company and their great team.

Just bought a house and had a major plumbing emergency. I randomly called this company because they had emergency services and I was so happy with how it turned out. Person on the phone was very sympathetic and set me up with a visit, I also signed up for the membership because not only do you save money but you have access to other benefits. They gave me an all day window but the tech Shaun showed up only a couple hours later to my relief, I had called very early in the morning. Shaun was very nice and thoroughly explained and educated me on my septic system of which I had to no prior experience, he is extremely knowledgeable with many years experience. He showed me everything he had to do and fixed a major issue on the fly, he saved the day! I will be booking this company and Shaun again to follow up on more repairs, in a way I’m happy this happened because now I have someone to turn to should more issues come up.
