Ben Franklin Plumbers installed a new hot water heater for us and we took advantage of their annual contract where they stop in and review all plumbing functions in the house. Ken stopped in yesterday and reviewed everything - EVERYTHING- and verbally offered suggestions. He’s very knowledgeable and we enjoyed our discussions. Would highly recommend both this service and Ken.

I had a great experience with my technicians. They were quick and efficient. I called them after another company failed to show up, and they arrived at my house within two hours to fix the problem right away. The team was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. When they finished, everything was new and clean.

The team of Greg and Walter is wonderful! They are very knowledgeable and professional. I would give them 10 starts if there is the option. They cleaned up all the mess and took all the trash, and there is nothing left for me to do except enjoy my unlimited hot water supplies from tankless water heater. It is amazing!
