Kevin was able to send out 2 guys to work on the clog that was outside of my house and causing me not to be able to flush or use any water. I would have had to wait over the weekend if he did not take the time to help me out. Great service.

Benjamin Franklin is our go-to plumbing company for a reason. Our home has had some very complex plumbing needs since we purchased it and they have been able to resolve every single one. We know we can trust them for jobs both large and small and we appreciate that they take the time to educate young homeowners like ourselves who know little to nothing about plumbing. We most recently worked with Collin who was very kind, efficient, and punctual. We really appreciate that when the company had a cancellation they offered to finish work on our home sooner rather than later. Always nice to get stuff crossed off of the to-do list!

Sam was terrific. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and skillful. He fixed our hot water tank and added an expansion tank to relieve the water pressure. All of this was done very quickly and at an unbelievably low price. We feared the worst (a new water heater) and we were very pleasantly surprised!

We needed a lit of work done on a house that had been empty for a year. John installed all new plumbing/drain for the washer, an added laundry tub plus replacing the whole house water shut off valve. He was great at working with our situation and explained all that he was doing.

Very thorough with the diagnosis. Gave clear and precise next steps. Was able to check and recheck that problem had been fixed. Very satisfied with them. Will use again, hopefully same guy(Johnny)
