Estimate for utility sink removal and replacement did a great job of breaking down the work entailed and the price point for each. Easy to understand. He was on time. Installation went great. There was a small leak detected in one of the parts. Quickly got a new part and fixed at no extra cost. Colin did a great job of all the work requested over the past several days.

Lucas and Sam were very friendly and professional. They were on time and got right to it….explained what they needed to do and the price for service up front. They gave me updates throughout the service so there were no surprise expenses!! They also cleaned their work space up just the way it was when they arrived. Everything works great!! I will definitely call this company back for any future service needs!

Colin was great. Very personable, quick, and efficient. He fixed the gas issue for my stove and then went out of his way to help me get my new fridge from my porch into my kitchen. He was great. I have had him before when we use Benjamin Franklin for my work as well. Hats off to Colin.

Called to have toilet clog cleared. Lucas was very thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. Explained everything that was being done. Found the problem and completed the repair and drain clearing quickly. Double checked that everything was working properly before leaving. Thorough cleanup when finished.

Benjamin Franklin is our go-to plumbing company for a reason. Our home has had some very complex plumbing needs since we purchased it and they have been able to resolve every single one. We know we can trust them for jobs both large and small and we appreciate that they take the time to educate young homeowners like ourselves who know little to nothing about plumbing. We most recently worked with Collin who was very kind, efficient, and punctual. We really appreciate that when the company had a cancellation they offered to finish work on our home sooner rather than later. Always nice to get stuff crossed off of the to-do list!
