Neil and Iris and the team are AWESOME! I had to rest due to health and did not have to worry about them coming in and out of my house. I could just rest and not have to check who was coming in my house. I respect this company for honesty and their integrity to their clients. I am ALWAYS calling on Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for all my house plumbing needs. My sons are very impressed with their work when coming home from work and college. For all the damage from the old water heater, old broken toilet, drainage issues, the price for everythi.ng is worth it. Everything they replaced were never replaced for over 20 years (average age of my plumbing).

I had a great experience with my technicians. They were quick and efficient. I called them after another company failed to show up, and they arrived at my house within two hours to fix the problem right away. The team was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. When they finished, everything was new and clean.

An excellent experience. Jamie, our tech, was knowledgeable, polite, and did great work. Even our cat trusted him. Also appreciate all the additional testing (pressure, water quality, chlorine) and did not hard sell on upgrades. Gave us multiple estimates and even did the install same day. Prices comparable to other vendors.

Our main sewer line in the house was not draining, causing a toilet and floor drain to overflow in our basement. I submitted a work request via Benjamin Franklin Plumbing's website. It said the plumber would be there anywhere from over an hour to about five hours. However, Donny Thurman arrived way earlier than that. He covered the cost and so forth before starting. Note that there is one cost for the work and a separate trip fee. In my case, there was a special going on that lowered the work fee to $107. Add in the trip fee, and it was a total of $195. It typically would be much more. In my case, I was more than willing to pay this, especially with how fast the technician was to arrive. Donny was very professional, thorough, and friendly. My clog happened to be in the line that is inside the house. He snaked the drain, and everything was working normally. To ensure there was no other issues, he snaked to the street as well. I truly appreciate Donny coming so quickly and being so thorough. We are all back to normal now. Thanks again, Donny, and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

I was thrilled with the project. The sales rep came right on time to give me an estimate of costs (which was very reasonable) and explained what would be done. Then my water service line project was completed in one day. The technicians (first Phula and then Kami also joined him) on site talked to me about the process and reviewed the progress several times. They were friendly and helpful and did a great job. I am so glad I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! Couldn’t be happier.

Joseph was great. He going the issue quickly, waited about 45 min to make sure the water heater was working properly. Ahead of there were any other plumbing issues he could check. Just very polite and helpful. Definitely would recommend him.

Mr. D is very professional and knowledgeable in his field of business. He came with positive energy and kept it throughout the process of figuring out what would be the best option as far as which direction we wanted to go in. I would recommend his services to anyone needing any work done!

Our technician Ken diagnosed our problem with the main drain and promptly came back the following day to clear and scope it. Thankfully no further issues and the fee was reasonable and the work was excellent. Many thanks to the Swan team for the great service!!

Just moved to our new home. We had our new stove delivered today. Found out the valve from the house gas line to the new stove was not correct. Delivery guys said we needed to call a plumber. Saw these guys advertised on the shopping cart at the grocery store. Gave them call and Cliff and Sean arrived the same day and were able to assist us getting the correct valve installed. Cliff explained everything before, during and after the job. We were happy with the work but just a little taken back by the estimate to do the job. We just moved here and probably just had sticker shock from all the other expenses we have incurred. I would still recommend them for the estimate and see if they are in your budget.

I can't say enough about the job done by Cody and Russell. Got here early, very courteous and polite, plus accomplished the work very quickly. Very much appreciated and will be using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing services from now on.
