Casey did a fantastic job working on my home. Instead of assuming a worse case scenario he did his best each time starting with the easiest solution. He finally got the line cleared. Also he recommended a long term solution but was not insisting or pushing for it to be done, just a recommendation.

Richard was great and very professional he explained everything that he found and we went over options. He completed the job cleaned up after himself. I have other work that I will be having done and I hope I get him as my technician. Highly Recommend

Troy did a great job of replacing my under sink plumbing and the taps and sprayer unit in my kitchen sink with an upgraded one. He was very polite and friendly and arrived earlier than expected. The job was more expensive than anticipated but all plumbing jobs are expensive so that’s no surprise.

Ali was my customer service rep and he was fantastic. He was very courteous and extremely professional and explained everything as he was working. With the exception of my power going out in the house as soon as he finished and walked out the door, which had nothing to do with him, (that's DeSoto for you) all was great.
