Matthew R was such an amazing technician/gentleman…. He made the process so smooth and I felt completely comfortable with having him in my home. I just moved to Orlando Florida a few days ago, but quickly found out from my insurance agent that my water heater that worked perfectly fine. Was six months over what it should be in order to be insured. So I had to have a new water heater put in.. It was a little more than I expected Price wise, but I would do it all over again without a doubt… You get what you pay for and that’s what Matthew R provided!! This review is solely based on Matthew, his professionalism will definitely make me call back for any other services that I may need!!

Bryan did a beautifull Job uninstalling my old water conditioner and replacing it with the new one. He introduced himself when he got here to my home, and was so nice. He explained to me everything he was going to do and let me know he had to turn the water off for a couple of hrs before he completed the job. I was very pleased with the Job he did. It was neatly done and very professional.

I am so happy! I had no cold water pressure in my shower and the tile on the wall around the cartridge was too small to even see the sides where the plumber needed to get to. Matthew was our plumber assigned and without hesitation he was able to get the tile cut to size to get to where he needed to fix the issue! He is amazing, his customer service is top notch! I am so impressed that every tool needed for the job was available and I say this because sometimes plumbers are just a plumbers and to get a job completed, other professionals are need like tile cutters etc. but not this time, not with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!

It was a pleasure to meet with Carlos. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He made suggestions about our project and didn’t push for us “to sign up or let’s do the job”. We both felt very interested in his feedback. We feel he was very honest and offered another alternative in the job by breaking the job into three parts, if that was what we wanted to do.
