Craig and Sergio were fantastic! A less-than-hot shower on Thursday night led to discovering a pilot light out on our hot water heater going into the Labor Day weekend. Craig and Sergio showed up and quickly/efficiently diagnosed our issue. While we weren’t happy about having to get a new heater, we knew we had to do it because we all need hot water! Craig/Sergio explained everything to us, including price and what all was covered, and Craig had the new heater installed and up and running in about 2 hours. Courteous, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The people at the office were equally fantastic and took good care of us. They came the same day I called even though it was nothing urgent. Just a consult on how to go about putting in a drain for my pool into the sewer line. After exchanging several ideas and given a couple quoted options, I decided on the best option and they were there a few days later. It took about 6 hours. Ethan and Sergio were very thorough and considerate of my opinion when slight adjustments had to be made. Extremely happy with the results and even happier that they will be following up with a custom removable drain pipe from the sand filter to the drain so I don’t have to use a rubber hose anymore and make winterizing easier. They went the extra mile and it’s much appreciated! Thank you!

Homeownership…eh?! Thought we just had a clog in our drain line because water was backing up through the washer drain line. Nope. That’d be too easy. Turns out the old cast iron pipes were corroded out on the bottom…for about 25’ worth. So what started as a two day project turned into a one week project. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was very responsive through the whole process and keep communication high. They Jack hammered the floor and replaced the old pipe with new. They did their best to demolish as little as possible. Once they were done they covered everything back up and we were able to get back into our home. It was a nightmare, but BF Plumbing made it bearable and shortened the bad dream tremendously. Would obviously recommend to anyone having a plumbing issue.

Dillion was very communicative, informative, and professional. The job was quick and efficient. The one thing I loved most was that my plumbing issue was fixed super fast so we could continue our business hours. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of NWA!

Aaron came out to access our issue. He was very professional, respectful, and personable. He presented some options to fix our problem, unfortunately none of those were a good fit for us. We parted company and a few minutes later he came back with an option that we were very happy with, he could have just left but he showed he really cared about our predicament and us by going the extra mile. We were very appreciative of his commitment. Throughout the time he was dealing with our issue, he always displayed respect to myself and my property. We were pretty fortunate that Aaron ended up being our technician and will certainly request his presence if we ever have any type of issues in the future.
