We had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of NWA replace our hot water heater and install a smart whole-home water shutoff system. From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. I had the pleasure of working with three different team members throughout the process—Dillon, Sergio, and Craig—and every single one of them was incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. From the initial quote to the final installation, communication was clear and timely. During the install, the team encountered a unique challenge specific to my home, and rather than pushing ahead blindly, they took the time to walk me through exactly what needed to be done, why it mattered, and how they would solve it. Their transparency and attention to detail gave me full confidence in their work. The installation was completed efficiently, and everything looks and functions great. I highly recommend them for anyone needing plumbing work done right the first time. I’ll definitely be using them again for future needs!

Craig and Sergio were fantastic! A less-than-hot shower on Thursday night led to discovering a pilot light out on our hot water heater going into the Labor Day weekend. Craig and Sergio showed up and quickly/efficiently diagnosed our issue. While we weren’t happy about having to get a new heater, we knew we had to do it because we all need hot water! Craig/Sergio explained everything to us, including price and what all was covered, and Craig had the new heater installed and up and running in about 2 hours. Courteous, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The people at the office were equally fantastic and took good care of us. A.J., Segio, and Jacob replaced our water line from the meter to the house. These guys know their stuff! They worked quickly and got everything done in less than a day--the only delay was waiting for the inspection. You absolutely need to use Benjamin Franklin plumbing. A.J. (Andrew) with Benjamin Franklin conducted a thorough, professional inspection of the plumbing for a home we are buying in Siloam Springs. He provided a comprehensive, understandable explanation of the entire plumbing system from faucets to sewage and gave us a clear analysis of items needing immediate attention, those that can wait, and those that were functioning well. He followed up with a thorough cost analysis and timeline for repairs. A.J. was extremely courteous, trustworthy, and respectful throughout the entire time. He was very patient in answering all of our questions. We did not hesitate to contract with Benjamin Franklin to make the repairs as suggested. Definitely call them!

I had already been without hot water for over a week when these two neatly dressed, extremely polite, and really good-looking young men filed into my house. They were from Benjamin Franklin plumbing and were going to inspect my water heater and give me an estimate for its repair; which they quickly did. I liked the way Aaron took the time to explain to me the reasons that the old water heater needed to be replaced instead of being repaired, but my heart sank when I saw the estimate. When I last bought a water 6heater some 20 yrs ago, the heater cost about $600 and the total with labor was about $1100. The current price was $2750! My retirement income was $1400/month so I sadly told Aaron that I couldn't afford a new heater, especially since my car had bitten the dust three weeks before. When you live alone in a rural area, you must have a car, so I was going to have to get used to cold water. Aaron said he would try to find some charities that were willing to help someone like me, but after he'd spent over an hour calling around without success, I gave up hope and told them goodbye. Imagine my stunned surprise when Benjamin Franklin plumbing called me several mornings later and said that they were combining the offers from several different charities to have enough to pay for a brand new water heater plus installation! Aaron and his crew showed up that afternoon and cleaned out my water heater closet.(They wouldn't let me do it.) They drained the old unit, detached it from my plumbing, then removed it from my property. Next they wheeled in a new one and installed it with all the bells and whistles. For example, they put the tank in a drip tray, so if it should (God forbid) leak, then my floor will be protected. This one also has a tiny tank built in above it to catch any overflow from up there. Pretty neat. The guys worked tirelessly but efficiently for a couple of hours.When it was done, they cleaned the work area and took away the trash. They never let me do any of the work, and they never took a single dime.And it works great! I have been so blessed by my encounter with Benjamin Franklin. I had been slowly spiraling down into depression, but now I'm walking with a lighter step. I feel special and full of hope again. This really did happen to ME! It's incredible!
