We had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of NWA replace our hot water heater and install a smart whole-home water shutoff system. From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. I had the pleasure of working with three different team members throughout the process—Dillon, Sergio, and Craig—and every single one of them was incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. From the initial quote to the final installation, communication was clear and timely. During the install, the team encountered a unique challenge specific to my home, and rather than pushing ahead blindly, they took the time to walk me through exactly what needed to be done, why it mattered, and how they would solve it. Their transparency and attention to detail gave me full confidence in their work. The installation was completed efficiently, and everything looks and functions great. Craig and Sergio were fantastic! A less-than-hot shower on Thursday night led to discovering a pilot light out on our hot water heater going into the Labor Day weekend. Craig and Sergio showed up and quickly/efficiently diagnosed our issue. While we weren’t happy about having to get a new heater, we knew we had to do it because we all need hot water! Craig/Sergio explained everything to us, including price and what all was covered, and Craig had the new heater installed and up and running in about 2 hours. Courteous, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The people at the office were equally fantastic and took good care of us. Andrew was exactly what we needed in a very stressful time with a clogged and backed up kitchen, right before the holiday. No time is good for a plumbing issue. Thankful to get him out the next morning after a late evening call, his thoroughness, cleanliness where he worked, and kind hearted personality to keep things less stressful was beyond expectations. Craig was very thorough and explained the bad news to me very nicely. I was shocked at the $5,000 price. So I asked perplexity how much to replace a grinding sump pump. I learned Craig gave me a fair price. I will use him again on my 6 rentals.

Homeownership…eh?! Thought we just had a clog in our drain line because water was backing up through the washer drain line. Nope. That’d be too easy. Turns out the old cast iron pipes were corroded out on the bottom…for about 25’ worth. So what started as a two day project turned into a one week project. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was very responsive through the whole process and keep communication high. They Jack hammered the floor and replaced the old pipe with new. They did their best to demolish as little as possible. Once they were done they covered everything back up and we were able to get back into our home. It was a nightmare, but BF Plumbing made it bearable and shortened the bad dream tremendously. Would obviously recommend to anyone having a plumbing issue.
