I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Novato for a water heater replacement estimate and was impressed. Turns out my heater wasn’t that old and I didn’t need an expensive replacement (yet). He got it going again and suggested a service to drain/flush it to give it more life. Top 3 things I loved: 1) Friendly and helpful staff who explained everything clearly 2) Fast response when I needed a plumber 3) Affordable rates and quality workmanship. Would definitely use their plumber services again.

JJ was really great and professional in figuring out a plumbing leak that we had and was able to resolve it within a couple of days. He also suggesged getting our water heater updated due to the new rule change happening at the end of this year and gave us a good price on both. He brought Justin with him who was also very professional and great with assisting JJ. They were both respectful of our home and clarified all the questions that we had. Overall, we were very satisfied and would highly recommend their service.

Armando installed the new garbage disposal unit quickly and additionally replaced some poorly placed dishwasher and outlet pieces and connections with a new one piece unit. He was careful to protect our floors and kept the area clean. Very professional yet also friendly.

I love this company! Miquel came in today with a free estimate and gave me great service, he was able to pinpoint where my main shutoff to the house is and gave me a decent price on putting in a new pressure regulator with a Moen water shutoff system. He is informative, friendly, and very knowledgeable in plumbing. This company has always done me right. I am a member so they give me a discount with yearly free maintenance which includes inspecting the plumbing and flushing the water heater. This is the company you want if you like professional work! Anthony was was very thorough and also able to do the job in a shorter amount of time than the estimate. Great quality and attitude and performance. Price was on point, and continuing to have trusted reliable service is so very important, especially in an old house. This was a lot of work for 2 people but Anthony got it done solo! Thank you!!
