Tech Technician Phil was knowledgeable and approachable, answering many of our questions while diagnosing our main problem for needing a replacement for our water heater. He set our expectations for timely repair and costs. It was a pleasure to work with him. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Follow up service after county inspection was performed by technician Ryan which was also excellent. There was some mix up with invoicing but it got sorted out with the help of initial tech Phil. We await final county inspection but are very happy with the work.

Ben Franklin visited twice: first to replace ancient corroding bath pipes behind my dining room ceiling, then to replace the equally deteriorating major sewage pipes in my basement. Ray and his team did an excellent job putting in new PVC pipes and ensuring appropriate angling of pipes. Everyone was punctual, professional and polite. They all worked hard to complete everything on time and within budget. I knew I was in good hands and am very pleased with the results. I would definitely use Ben Franklin again.

I have an emergency the night before when my water heater sprung a leak and clogged my water pipe. Benjamin Franklin responded to my call and fixed the clogged that same day. They offered me options in replacing the water heater. The quote they gave me in replacing the traditional water heater to a tankless wasn’t significant price difference. The job included rerouting the gas line and water line to a new location was a fractional more. They were able to start and finish the job the next day to the new location to free up valuable real-estate. The finish job looks great! A+++ Service.

Prompt diagnosis and scheduling. My only disappointment was I was under the impression I’d have a technician with 10+ years experience. The technicians who showed up were very young, not who I thought was coming to my house. While the job was satisfactory and prompt, which I very much appreciated, I felt slightly misled. Bottom line, they did what was promised in a short period of time.
