I had a great experience with Cree Kliegl, the plumbing technician who fixed my water heater today. He showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and made the whole process super smooth. He explained everything well, gave me a fair and reasonable quote on the repair, and made sure I was happy with the work. Overall, awesome service and really nice person to work with. I’m thrilled to have hot water in my home again! Definitely recommend!

Jose did a very professional install of my Purionics water softener. Price was right. There was and is some misunderstanding of the difference between salt and potassium based pellets. I asked for potassium and José used salt. Not a big issue since salt is a better softener than potassium.

Had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing come out to install a new water heater, and they did an awesome job! The crew showed up on time, were super friendly, and got everything installed quickly. They made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Definitely five-star service — I’d call them again in a heartbeat!

Ray was honest and up-front about the work. We had an older tankless water heater and after going through some checks, he recommended that our unit was working fine and we did not need to do the service that was originally requested. He saved us a few bucks but I was more impressed that he did not push for a sale when one was not needed.
