I had a great experience with Cree Kliegl, the plumbing technician who fixed my water heater today. He showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and made the whole process super smooth. He explained everything well, gave me a fair and reasonable quote on the repair, and made sure I was happy with the work. Overall, awesome service and really nice person to work with. In the last few years I’ve belonged to Benjamin Franklin’s loyal customer program. That makes it free for them to come out to diagnose a problem. The scheduling is responsive and fast. Dusty is an excellent plumber who’s been with the company for over a decade. In this case he quickly was able to diagnose and solve my faucet leak for a fair price. I highly recommend BF’s services.

Every thing about the installation was flawless! Cree was willing and helpful, going out of his way to make sure I’d be cooking on that stove tonight! And he didn’t have to, Costco would have in two days ( without a stove for 12 days) I felt a lot safer when Cree offered. Costco out sources delivery companies and felt concerned regarding capability. But 100 percent confident with Cree! Thank you!
