Dusty has serviced us in the past and performs at a high level. He is prompt, courteous, listens well, is knowledgable, informative, competent, and generous with his time. Tech Technician Phil was knowledgeable and approachable, answering many of our questions while diagnosing our main problem for needing a replacement for our water heater. He set our expectations for timely repair and costs. It was a pleasure to work with him. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Follow up service after county inspection was performed by technician Ryan which was also excellent. There was some mix up with invoicing but it got sorted out with the help of initial tech Phil. We await final county inspection but are very happy with the work.

Ben Franklin visited twice: first to replace ancient corroding bath pipes behind my dining room ceiling, then to replace the equally deteriorating major sewage pipes in my basement. Ray and his team did an excellent job putting in new PVC pipes and ensuring appropriate angling of pipes. Everyone was punctual, professional and polite. They all worked hard to complete everything on time and within budget. I knew I was in good hands and am very pleased with the results. I would definitely use Ben Franklin again.
