Every thing about the installation was flawless! Cree was willing and helpful, going out of his way to make sure I’d be cooking on that stove tonight! And he didn’t have to, Costco would have in two days ( without a stove for 12 days) I felt a lot safer when Cree offered. Costco out sources delivery companies and felt concerned regarding capability. But 100 percent confident with Cree! Thank you!

Ray was honest and up-front about the work. We had an older tankless water heater and after going through some checks, he recommended that our unit was working fine and we did not need to do the service that was originally requested. He saved us a few bucks but I was more impressed that he did not push for a sale when one was not needed.

Jose did a very professional install of my Purionics water softener. Price was right. There was and is some misunderstanding of the difference between salt and potassium based pellets. I asked for potassium and José used salt. Not a big issue since salt is a better softener than potassium.

We call him directly when we need help with our plumbing and he is always very responsive and punctual. Your plumbing company should be very proud to have a great service technician like Dusty. Had an emergency over a holiday weekend, and no other company was available or even answered their phone. From the first person I spoke to on the phone, everyone communicated very clearly and attempted to help me out. Steve M.came out and was outstanding. He quickly assessed the issue and then got me up and running again. Steve was smart, explained everything he was doing, and was also just an all around funny and nice guy!
