I had Benjamin Franklin plumbing come to my house to replace a rod inside my electric water heater that collects sediment under warranty. They put the water heater in four years ago and under the warranty it was time for this rod to be changed. They did a fantastic job. So why the plumber was there? I asked him how much she would cost to change the water heater drain valve on the bottom. I actually had the parts there. He priced it up and he told me labor would be $512.00 I think that’s a stupid amount of money for such a small job. He told me it would take about an hour. I looked it up on the Internet, Web and the average prices anywhere from $75-$175 Benjamin Franklin wanted to charge $512.00.moving forward I would use them again but with their prices being so high it gives me an opportunity to look around. Gary is normally our service guy. Since he is retired, I asked Ben Franklin for their best guy to service our tankless water heater. They sent John. He did a thorough job. I was very pleased with his work and knowledge. He used a compressor to clean out bugs and dust, since we were getting a code on our water heater. He checked out our other plumbing while here. I highly recommend the Ben Franklin membership. It saved us a lot of money.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbers came out to my house today and were absolutely awesome! Ontime friendly knowledgeable and cleaned everything after completing the job! I will not hesitate to call them again for my upcoming plumbing projects. Thank you my new wet bar is getting closer!!

Jessy from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing deserves special recognition. He came out the very next day after we called and was professional, positive, and incredibly patient with all of our questions. He’s especially kind and helpful with older folks, which we deeply appreciated. On a 100+degree day, he efficiently changed our house water filters and replaced a water spigot that required working underneath the house. His skill, work ethic, and attitude were outstanding. He also spoke very highly of his company and clearly takes pride in representing Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They are very lucky to have him. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing. Jessy came out to diagnose my outdoor spigot, which was pushing water back into the garage. He removed the faucet assembly, identified the crack caused by February’s freeze, and explained why the frost‑proof model failed despite having a winter bib. He was patient, knowledgeable, and provided clear options. He assured me the interior walls were unaffected. Excellent service and a technician I trust. I’ll definitely use them again
