One of the best, if not the best business, in Franklin. Honest, locally owned, considerate, and hardworking. We had a pretty complicated project and they showed up on time and did what they said they would do and then some. Communication was a breeze, and standing behind their word was evident from start to finish. If you need a plumber in Franklin to add plumbing to the house, or fix it, these guys are your ONLY SMART CHOICE. We honestly wish they owned every construction or general management company around. On the morning we were supposed to get the ductwork underneath our house replaced the heating/cooling guys discovered a leak which prevented them from doing anything until it was fixed. I called five places and Benjamin Franklin was the only one that could send someone to our place within a couple of hours. Matt made the repairs quickly and professionally. Great experience!
