I NEVER give 5 stars because I don't believe "perfect" exists, but I had a bathroom remodel done and had to outsource plumbing to get the results I wanted. We'll start with Scott... friendly, fun, light hearted and filled with corny jokes. Scott accessed what my project and was very confident it could be done and let me know it was a 3 step process. An appointment was then made to have the work done. Zach and Tyler showed up promptly, handled their business and told me to call when I was ready for the second visit. The remodel was complete and it was time to call the plumbers in to install the toilet and sink. I called and my appointment was set up for the next day. Zach and Tyler showed up promptly handled their business and told me there was no need for a third visit. I was in agreement. Upon installing my toilet Zach noticed there was a clog in my system. He then called the company to see if a technician could be sent out to address the clog issue. They were able to come out later that day. Meanwhile it was lunch time and I recommend a restaurant and told them what I usually ordered from the menu. After lunch they returned and finished up. During the lunch hour I went to the grocery store and returned just as they were packing to leave. I was putting my groceries away in the refrigerator and saw a to go plate with writing on it. Zack left me the lunch I had mentioned to him with a thank you. Such a sweet gesture. Joe M was the technician who came to ease my (p)drain. He worked diligently in the cold until he cleared my (p)drain. This was a long post to say my experience with Benjamin Franklin was a good one. From the initial assessment, to the plumbers and the technician... all were respectful, knowledgeable, and caring. I will recommend them to anyone who approaches me with plumbing issues. Austen was so helpful and knowledgeable. He has fixed each problem we have had explaining each step to us. I have searched for a knowledgeable dependable plumber that I can trust for a long time. We are so happy with his work and will definitely be calling when we start the remodel. Thank you Austen!

I would recommend Benjamin Franklin to anyone that have a plumbing issue. The Manager Brian is very knowledgeable in his craft with years of experience. He takes his time to explain your plumbing issues and will recommend what he think would be the best route to go to resolve your issue. I will give them 10 stars

Gary did excellent work. He kept me informed and explained everything he was doing throughout the day. We had a kind of complex job but Gary worked with our equipment supplier and came up with a solution. I will hire Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for our future commercial plumbing needs.
