I had a great experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing. Jessy came out to diagnose my outdoor spigot, which was pushing water back into the garage. He removed the faucet assembly, identified the crack caused by February’s freeze, and explained why the frost‑proof model failed despite having a winter bib. He was patient, knowledgeable, and provided clear options. He assured me the interior walls were unaffected. Excellent service and a technician I trust. I’ll definitely use them again

I had Benjamin Franklin plumbing come to my house to replace a rod inside my electric water heater that collects sediment under warranty. They put the water heater in four years ago and under the warranty it was time for this rod to be changed. They did a fantastic job. So why the plumber was there? I asked him how much she would cost to change the water heater drain valve on the bottom. I actually had the parts there. He priced it up and he told me labor would be $512.00 I think that’s a stupid amount of money for such a small job. He told me it would take about an hour. I looked it up on the Internet, Web and the average prices anywhere from $75-$175 Benjamin Franklin wanted to charge $512.00.moving forward I would use them again but with their prices being so high it gives me an opportunity to look around. Benjamin Franklin Plumbers came out to my house today and were absolutely awesome! Ontime friendly knowledgeable and cleaned everything after completing the job! I will not hesitate to call them again for my upcoming plumbing projects. Thank you my new wet bar is getting closer!!

I recently had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing do work in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Kyle, Zach, and Tyler were outstanding. They were respectful, professional, and very mindful that people live in the home while they worked. They cleaned up every bit of their mess, put everything back where it belonged, and treated my home with care. Great experience with these guys! Had a few unexpected surprises along the way but they handled it all professionally and kindly. Were also considerate of us having a dog and would put the fencing back up in between work days so he wouldn’t get out. Highly recommend these guys. Jason
