Wow! We haven’t experienced such a dedicated professional with a work ethic and commitment of doing a job beyond well in a long long time! Chris Bonnell is superb and exceptional! He communicated clearly what the cause of our sink clog was, (which was way more than a sink clog), and shared what he was doing to fix the problem every step of the way! Personable, respectful and just an awesome professional! We had a great experience!

David was a very nice guy and showed up on time. My only complaint is that this was the second time in 2 weeks he had to come out to fix a clogged pipe from basement to septic. He told us he did not have a camera as several from the company were being fixed. Therefore the problem was not fixed and the septic flooded our basement again and we had to call them and pay them again to come do the repair. We are now waiting again for someone to come with a camera to assess the situation. Hopefully this can be resolved as it should have been if a camera was used the first time. With that said, they did discount the 2nd time they had to come out as they should!

Jeremy has been more than helpful in figuring out what our water flow issue was. He spent hours working on our issue to make sure our family could have water flow. The customer service is unmatched! I would recommend this company, and especially Jeremy, to anyone.

My faucet repair was a good experience. The assessment, statement of work, and execution of repair were excellent. The Service Technician Jerry was knowledgeable, professional, and kept me in the loop as the repair progressed. He discussed the repair and gave options to resolve the drywall repair in addition to the repair inside and outside of my home.
