Jeremy has been more than helpful in figuring out what our water flow issue was. He spent hours working on our issue to make sure our family could have water flow. The customer service is unmatched! I would recommend this company, and especially Jeremy, to anyone.

David was a very nice guy and showed up on time. My only complaint is that this was the second time in 2 weeks he had to come out to fix a clogged pipe from basement to septic. He told us he did not have a camera as several from the company were being fixed. Therefore the problem was not fixed and the septic flooded our basement again and we had to call them and pay them again to come do the repair. We are now waiting again for someone to come with a camera to assess the situation. Hopefully this can be resolved as it should have been if a camera was used the first time. With that said, they did discount the 2nd time they had to come out as they should!

I always ask for Ira Miller to service my house. Today, like all others, he performed the services in a friendly and efficient manner. Having the same tech each time steamlines the service, but other techs have also done good work.

I went downstairs in the evening and found our well pump had leaked and flooded our basement. I called Ben Franklin that night and the service technician was able to come early the next day. We ended up getting a full pump and filter replacement. Ira, our technician, was able to get the parts and install the entire pump, new tank and filter, in less than 24 hours after i reported the incident! He did a very thorough job, and was very professional and nice to work with. Excellent service, we will be using them again for projects in the future.
