He called ahead to say he was on his way and showed up right when he said, which was very appreciated. Joe thoroughly inspected every possible source until he found the issue. He clearly explained what he was checking, how he identified the problem, and what our options were to fix it. We called Benjamin Franklin plumbing and they sent Paul out right away. He found that we had a leaking garbage disposal and under sink pipes that needed an update. Paul was friendly, knowledgeable and very competent! He gave us several solutions at different price points and provided the likely outcomes for each. Paul went above and beyond in his installation! For example, he replaced the old plumbing putty with clear silicone- which not only looks better but provides a stronger seal. We will certainly call B.
