Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did an excellent job installing my garbage disposal. They were the first company to get back to me when I was requesting a quote. They gave me a quote over the phone, and their prices were straightforward and extremely reasonable. Jacob Morris did a great job. He was fast, cleaned up everything, and even provided some helpful information for future garbage disposal purchases. I highly recommend this company and only wish I had found them sooner.

I called a month ago for an issue, they came out gave a free estimate and gave advice to try and repair on own. They checked on us to make sure we didn't have any more issues. We called them back out due to the same issue, they came out again and David provided excellent service. I was expecting an astronomical bill but they were so affordable I will definitely be using them in the future for any of our plumbing issues!!!

I had a pretty major plumbing issues throughout the whole house. It was due to really poor plumbing work done by the previous owners of the house and it just kept causing more and more issues until we had a catastrophic break and standing water in the crawl space. I was able to get Evan out the same day I called and he fearlessly got in the crawl space and investigated the issues. Turns out we needed our entire plumbing repiped due to leaks and properly set up to promote better drainage I had great service from the whole team that came out include Shawn and Mitchell. Mitchell went above and beyond to explain everything and make our lives easier while we were dealing with a repair that needed several days to repair. Ill be contacting this company forst for any future plumbing needs. I'll tell you that for free.

Had a pipe leak in my front yard and lance Morton showed up and was very professional and an amazing guy. He found the leak quickly and got it fixed better than new. The whole company is amazing and awesome and so professional and awesome. Highly recommend and if you get lance you are getting an amazing guy.

Had a leak where the water came in the house from an outdoor tankless water heater. I thought he was going to cut half the siding out from around. He only cut about a 2” square section out, hardly noticeable. The plumber, Traise was knowledgeable and efficient. I’d use him again. Price did seem a little high but it needed to be done and at least it was done right. Thanks!

Sean arrived to promptly to diagnose my current plumbing issues at hand which includes resin tank servicing on my water softener system. He was exceptional with his delivery, additionally uncovered a trap leak in the crawlspace. He will be back to perform the work.
