I had an issue this morning with drainage from water softner and Josh was sent out to take care of the issue. Immediately from his first call he was quite professional. When he arrived, he let me explain the exact issue and allowed me to vent my frustration. He was so polite in his responses to me and assured me he will fix the problem asap, which he did very quickly. Super professional and proficient. He's such a happy person!! Great job Josh!!! If every employee was like you, the service industry would be perfect!

Lastly, to the sarcastic young scheduling man who answered the phone at the branch when I had a question, you need to treat people with more respect and perhaps ask more questions about how you can represent your company better as your attitude was just sad at best.

My dad’s water heaters pilot would not light and the tech came and told us the vent was condensing water and causing the firebox to be wet. Hector DeJesus, repaired the water treatment system by installing a new electric panel on one of the filters and rechargeable the another. He (and his team) were very professional and spent time explaining the working of the entire water treatment system. Additionally, also informed us on the Laundry Pro system, which we are considering as a possible addition to the washing machine. Overall, very satisfied with Ben Franklin Plumbing and have use other associated companies (Sparky Electric) for our home generator system.
