We had an amazing experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! We had a bit of an emergency (I'll spare details, was gross) and needed someone out quick to resolve. They came same day and were able to determine pipework hadn't been connected properly during recent work we had done. I'm really glad we found them! Local team, quick to respond, and took great care in our home. Would definitely recommend them!

John Ruiz did a really great job! He waited for the glue to completely dry after installing and was very patient in this hot heat!

We had Benjamin Franklin in town Atlanta come out to our home in Morningside, because we were concerned about our hard water. Our faucets and fixtures were starting to show signs of age. They tested our water, explained everything fully and recommended a whole house, filtration system, and softening system. They gave us a couple of options and we went with the Whole home and softening system. There was no pressure, just honest explanation of my options. Their technician Craig was the best.

My kids broke off the handle on our bathroom faucet and Ben Franklin Plumbing came and repaired it in a timely and professional manner. Would definitely recommend, we loved Craig!

We had several plumbing issues at once—low water pressure in the shower, a dripping outdoor faucet, and a slow bathroom drain. Instead of treating each problem separately without explanation, the plumber went through everything with us and addressed all three. The faucet was repaired, the drain was cleared, and they found an issue affecting the shower flow that was corrected. The water pressure is noticeably better, and it was nice to get several nagging problems taken care of in one visit.

Huge thank you to Eric L. for solving multiple leaks in my house that arose all at once. And on the weekend, no less! He was friendly and professional, he laid out my options for me, and let me decide how to proceed. When one final repair couldn't be done immediately, he sourced a part and came back 2 days later to finish the job. I'll definitely call back, next time I have any problems, y'all are great. One of the best home repair experiences I have ever had. I called based on Google reviews and was promptly connected with a technician (Braden Kendzel). He texted me his ETA, arrived promptly, identified issues and offered concrete solutions and options. Gave me a reasonable quote, allowed me the option of prioritizing the project and executed it immaculately! Exemplary!

Great experience with this company and technician Dave!-- We had to do a waste and overflow repair in our bathtub when our drain shoe got broken. Our house is on a concrete slab and we were told by a previous company that we would probably need to replace our whole tub. So we called around to try to find another option. It was already later in the day, but Benjamin Franklin Plumbing sent someone within an hour. Dave came out and said he could fix it no problem. He had to get some parts, but was able to come back first thing the morning after and had it done in less than 2 hours. He showed us everything he did and that there was no leaks. Very kind and courteous. He even cleaned up before leaving.
