Ben the plumber and Ben Franklin Plumbing are my Christmas heroes! I bought a bidet toilet seat to ease my recovery for an upcoming surgery. I had trouble installing it myself, mainly due to a bad hip that made accessing the waterlines difficult and extremely painful. I reached out to Ben Franklin for help at 7:00 at night, was immediately called back and scheduled for help the very next day. Ben the plumber showed up on time, got my bidet connected and my toilet working lickety-split! He was friendly, polite, great at his job and made me feel like a valuable customer. I'm so grateful that he was able to get my toilet fixed and he left my bathroom nice and clean when he was done. I haven't been in Pensacola for long, so I've been trying to find good companies with exceptional employees that can help with my maintenance needs. Mr D was awesome. He went above and beyond doing the diagnosis of all our problems. He made sure I understood what was being looked at, how much it would cost, and why he was doing what he was doing. You can tell he knows his stuff and he offered specialized work that led us to the solution to what was going on.

Ryan did some outstanding trouble shooting of my rqinsoft system. The conclusion was tgat the system has outlived its usefulness. He gave me several options that were viable but our decision was not to do anything at this tme, mostly because we’ll most likely be moving in the next year.

John came out to diagnose a leak in our kitchen. He temporarily fixed the leak and scheduled a permanent fix along with some other work that was needed. John is professional, personable and his work looked great. Nice and clean. He picked up after himself and left the job site clean. I would love to have John work on any future plumbing needs I would have.

Eric Lovelady is incredibly professional and patient. He explained everything, presented options, and answered our questions. He used shoe covers when inside the house and handled everything with care. We absolutely recommend his services.

Zion was great. He was professional, relatable and knowledgeable. It turned out that my equipment was too old and he had to go get a couple pieces to fix it. The price I paid was reasonable because I only made the appointment 2 days prior, he had to get some equipment and frankly I lack the skills to do it myself.
