This is my first experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and it won’t be my last! I needed two faucets installed for two new vanities in my home. Jason’s 30 years of experience was very evident as he expertly installed the faucets. One bathroom installation was more complicated and he addressed the issues very skillfully.

Benjamin Franklin is an outstanding company! From Liz and Luke, who schedule appointments with professionalism and ease, to the plumber John, who is extremely experienced and clearly knows his work inside and out — the service is always top-tier. I’ve used this company for both commercial needs and a plumbing issue at my home, and they’ve been reliable every time. I absolutely recommend this company.

Where to even start with my house going in the market the next day and bad luck with a bad hot water tank have a lot of company’s a call I gave them a call they said they could be out in the morning which was better than everyone else they called me back 15 minutes later to inform me the technician MIKE was willing to come out mind you it’s after 6pm at this time MIKE called me personally we came up with a plan and he brought everything he needed to put in a brand new hot water tank can’t thank MIKE and the lady who answered the call and felt my worry about this situation and made this happen in time for my home to go in the market. Thank you make sure you guys keep MIKE great guy very knowledgeable friendly over all great guy.

I had an exceptional experience working with Jason. He was able to diagnose and fix a major issue with my house’s main line within an hour. This was after I had requested the visit at 8PM the night prior. Couldn’t be happier with how fast and professional the service was.

Josh was very thorough. We discussed what needed to be done and the cost. While installing the 2 Delta bathroom faucets, Josh informed me about additional parts needed. Ryder and his partner came on time and were professional. They installed a water powered backup sump jet for me. I already had the part so they finished the job within a few hours. They answered all of my questions and were able to discover that there was a leak with my new sump pump discharge pipe. I would use them again.

Ben Franklin has been awesome. They have recently serviced a swamp cooler for us, installed a mini split a/c-heat pump, and run a gas line for us. Customer service is top notch. We tried them because other a/c and plumbing companies were not at all responsive. I’m glad. We have really working with their master plumber Josh.

Scott & TK are friendly, professional, knowledgeable & efficient. I highly recommend them/this company. The company even called me back to explain the meter results, just to make sure I understood everything. They called in another company to get an opinion if other work outside scope needed to be done - for free! Communication is excellent between everyone. Good job!
