Mike was great!

The service man came out right after the phone call. They were able to get to me within two hours and they had everything taken care of and running within an hour and then they helped us take care of a problem that we had and got us an industrial salt pump for our basement and was able to get that fixed in a timely manner and the quality of work was unprecedented. I would definitely select in Franklin Plumbing again and again.

I’ve been a customer of Trey’s for decades and he is nothing short of awesome. He is skilled at diagnosing exactly what the issue is and rectifying it. He is not one of those guys that sells you a bunch of unnecessary nonsense to make a buck. He is definitely about great service and long lasting relationships. What more could you ask for?

Benjamin Franklin did an amazing job in customer service. From the first initial call, to the follow up calls and especially the actual service consultation. Everyone was very professional and kind. Mike went the extra mile to ensure we were okay with an early arrival, made sure to put on shoe covers and thoroughly explained our issue. I highly recommend not only Benjamin Franklin but Mike as a plumber as well.
