Needed kitchen and bathroom faucets replaced. Easy to schedule with a convenient time for installation. Jon the Service Tech was here within the window of time provided and performed a quick install and when completed ran through all that was done and the warranty in his work as well as the warranties of the faucet manufacturers. Very satisfied and Jon was very pleasant and easy to deal with. All are highly recommended!

Explained everything in great detail. Went over realistic expectations, worked with me on low points through the service and got me an answer and a fix to the problem. Been to 3 different contractors and only Todd sat down and went over everything. Cody and Jackson and one other excavator I didn't get the name of came out to fixed the plumbing issues and showed everything works.

After a no-show plumber and without water for 3 days we called Ben Franklin services. The service man,Dave, was prompt ! He was very informative and knowledgeable. Also quite pleasant. He completed the repair. We are quite pleased with his work. Thank you. We ended up having another issue on Saturday not related to repairs done previously. Jackson replaced our water tank and necessary pipe etc. He was very thorough and promptly arrived. We have been pleased!
