Todd did a fantastic job when he came out. He explained the process of the work he was doing and was very thorough to ensure it was done correctly. They timely sent out a crew to dig up the pipe that was causing problems. Everyone was very kind and hard working. They were even careful to leave our sidewalk intact, when we had anticipated it being demolished.

Hector did a fantastic job! Replaced all copper lines, replaced all shut off valves, rerouted a few lines that were not in code, replaced main shut off valve coming in from the street, replaced kitchen faucet, installed a new garbage disposal unit. The list goes on! Now we have peace of mind with no worries on plumbing issues. GREAT JOB!!!

Our garage started flooding at 4am as I was taking my wife to the airport. Turned off the water, drove her there, then came home and called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they said they’d be here today ASAP. They had someone on their way here by 10am the same morning, and by noon I had running water again. My technician, Matt, was my hero today. Nothing surprised him, he knew exactly where to look and what to do, and even unclogged the drain just because water was draining slowly. He was patient, informative, and clearly knew his stuff. That made me feel immediately confident, and he got it all done promptly and answered every question. Someone please give that guy a raise. Great service, great turnaround time, and a terrible Saturday that they turned into a grateful Saturday.

My plumbing issue was a 3 day project. Owen was first on site.. God bless anyone who has the pleasure of meeting him. Patience, kindness, thoughtfulness are all gifts he displays when talking to you about your problem. I then met Peyton, who saw my emotions and remained calm and professional. My project allowed me to meet Hector, Johne, Dante, and maybe one or two others. Everyone at this company makes you feel like you matter. They have a family program that I highly recommend everyone sign up for if you can. They truly make you feel like family. After resolving all my problems, my bill was pretty pricey, that would be my only complaint. However, Peyton blessed me even more by saving me money on the repairs. I am thankful to God that my plumbing, electrical and HVAC needs are all handled by this amazing company.
