Great experience with BFP yesterday! Our house had a slowly draining kitchen sink and some very old pipe system issues that needed to be addressed and our techs Justin and Todd were both excellent and highly professional! Both made sure we understood and were involved with the situations and all decision making, fixed our problem and Justin was able to install a new UV light filter for us all throughout the course of the afternoon. We wouldn't consider any other company to take care of any of our plumbing needs and can't recommend both of these great technicians enough! 5 stars all around experience.

Hector and Tyler did a great job! They replaced multiple drainage pipes, added a water softening system, added a water line to our frig and installed a new higher toilet on our main floor. They also installed our vanity and fixed our toilet on basement floor and many other jobs. They were very efficient, friendly and professional. Hector took me around and explained everything they did, in terms I could understand. Highly recommend them!👍🏻

Dave and Dan were both professional and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to get our plumbing issues resolved. Only a 1 day turn around from the estimate to the repair. Great work gentleman!

Hector DeJesus, repaired the water treatment system by installing a new electric panel on one of the filters and rechargeable the another. He (and his team) were very professional and spent time explaining the working of the entire water treatment system. Additionally, also informed us on the Laundry Pro system, which we are considering as a possible addition to the washing machine. Overall, very satisfied with Ben Franklin Plumbing and have use other associated companies (Sparky Electric) for our home generator system.

Josh was here today and did a very good job. Took care of the issues I was concerned of and pointed out another concern he had regarding an issue that needed attention sooner rather than later. He quickly got to work on an old system that probably hasn’t been touched since home was built in the 1950’s. Didn’t look easy, but Josh stuck with it and welcomed the challenge with an excellent attitude! Appreciate the hard work, integrity and positive attitude that Josh brought to the table today!
