As a first time customer, I was extremely impressed with the quality and timeliness of the work as well the professionalism shown from Alex (Olice ) and his assistant. They reinstalled my under mount sink, garbage disposal and plumbing under sink. I will definitely be using them again for future services.

Super amazing team. They have had to come out a couple of times since we needed a water heater and the tech, Alex, is super nice and knowledgeable. He’s also super quick. Ross, the owner, is great. He’s very patient and answers any questions you have. Highly recommend this company!

I want to give 5stars to Robert from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Kaufman and Ennis. I had a toliet that had been unseated from the floor and had a broken flange. Robert came out same day within a couple of hours. He assessed my situation, gave me a quote up front and gave me an option of replacing the toliet with a taller one since my husband is handicapped. Thank you Robert! My husband loves it and he can get up off of it so much easier now! I will definitely use Benjamin Franklin plumbing from now on and I will even ask for Robert!

I scheduled an appointment online and got an appointment right away. Alex Certain was my technician and he and his apprentice were courteous and professional. They gave me a very reasonable price and completed the work as promised. I'm very happy with the results.
