Excellent! Norbert, with his son Chandler, replaced the lavatories in bathrooms, toilet in hallway bathroom, and faucets in kitchen along with all pipes and valves in four hours. I did not want to choose anything myself as the last time I did I ended up with inferior items that looked pretty but had plastic parts that broke. I had specified pedestal lavatories and the ones Norbert chose are beautiful. I love the new elegant faucets in the kitchen. I especially love the handicap-height toilet with the quick flow. I look forward to lower water bills, thanks to Norbert and Ben Franklin Plumbing.
