I would have appreciated a more detailed invoice, but otherwise the service was fine and even included a modifications to make future shutoffs easier. Update: Jeff came back to take care of the leak that remained after a different crew had installed a new water line to the house. He took a lot of time to try tracking down the source of the leak, and because he was unable to do so definitively he called dispatch And scheduled the firm’s leak detection crew to come back the next day. All of this was under warranty, so there was no charge. I found all this very satisfactory and good service.
Jeffery did a great job fixing our outside faucet. I thought for sure it was going to be a nightmare but we popped up a shade umbrella, took a look at it, put a plan together, and we said a nice little prayer to the Lord that all would go smoothly. And lo and behold, smooth as butter! Thank you for not having to go through a wall, or knock a 5” hole in the brick. You sir, are a Legend 5stars
