Excellent customer service and experience! Ben Carr came out to my home for our annual pluming maintenance inspection. He flushed my water heater, checked my water & plumbing and was kind to show me how to shut off my gas off in an emergency as well as where my main water source was & how it should turned off should ever I need too! Very cool to show me how to do these few safety things, I should know! As my husband travels for work sometimes and I’d be in a pickle had Ben not taken the time to show me. Our serviceman was Ben. He showed up on short notice and on time. We had an expensive leak in our yard. The previous company estimated a larger job and couldn’t start for a week. Ben figured it out right away and discovered the problem and a relatively simple solution and estimate that saved us big dollars. An hour or so later, he was done. Ben Carr came to my house identified the problem with my fireplace tested my components and found the problem and solved it with four AA batteries. My fireplace now works and I’m very happy with my technicians service. I was so pleased that I joined the annual membership and Ben Carr is quite a friendly person. My water heater decided to get “toasted” after 10 years. Called multiple places and found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. It’s was already 3:30pm when they came out and gave me a quote and figured it was too late for a replacement and install. They reached out to one of their installers and they were at my home by 6pm.
