Ben Carr came to my house identified the problem with my fireplace tested my components and found the problem and solved it with four AA batteries. My fireplace now works and I’m very happy with my technicians service. I was so pleased that I joined the annual membership and Ben Carr is quite a friendly person. He has a bright future ahead of him.

Ben was amazing - his skill and knowledge was top notch! We have been dealing with a kitchen sink backup and gurgling toilets. We weren't sure if they were related. Ben was able to figure it all out (including locating our main line clean-out) and had us on our way in under an hour. Ben was a joy to chat with, was full of integrity, very honest and experienced. He didn't mind me watching him and telling me everything he was doing as he went along, which I appreciated greatly! I've called on other local area plumbers in the past and never had as good of experiences as I do with the local Benjamin Franklin team. Each of their plumbers treats you like they're running their own small business as exhibits care and courtesy.

Ben over at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Gulf Breeze was awesome. He was very personable and made fast work of a whole valve replacement. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Once the problem was found he got straight to work fixing it and within hours had our water back on and a new valve system in place. We had to have our water off because of our old system and we're so thankful to have our water back on. Thank you Ben for saving us!
