Excellent customer service and experience! Ben Carr came out to my home for our annual pluming maintenance inspection. He flushed my water heater, checked my water & plumbing and was kind to show me how to shut off my gas off in an emergency as well as where my main water source was & how it should turned off should ever I need too! Very cool to show me how to do these few safety things, I should know! As my husband travels for work sometimes and I’d be in a pickle had Ben not taken the time to show me. Wow!!! Talk about great customer service! These guys provide it. Oh and they do a superb job of repair too. I highly recommend Jeff as a service tech. He came to repair my kitchen faucet and literally got more than he bargained for. He dealt with the issues that were present with impressive skill and finesse. Installation was done professionally, safely and everything was tidied up perfectly upon completion.
