He spoke with me kindly on the phone to ensure he knew exactly what I wanted for my CORRECTION TV Mounting service. I sent him pictures of my existing TV mounting that needed the cords hidden behind the walls to give a much cleaner look. He gave suggestions to how achieve a professional installation without tearing up the walls of my new home. His pricing for 2 mounting corrections for a 98' & 86' TV's with all soundbars attached, a antenna attached for local channels, & a complete professional installation for a 58' TV that that was less than $400 total. He took his time & doubled checked every step in the process. He cleaned up all the remained items that was no longer needed when he finished. And most of all he stayed professional & focused that resulted in a perfect outcome. I would recommend him 1000% to anyone that wants the best of best TV installation service.

Angie Zink joined our family in 1998 and handles majority of the bookkeeping and accounting. Angie resides in Chappells and has 2 grown girls, Amber and Ashlyn who are both married to local guys. She can be found on the lake spending time with her family, which includes a grandson and granddaughter when she is not at the office. Angie is our Finance Expert and eager to assist customers with any questions or concerns. Angie wears many hats in our company from Accounting to Operations to Service Manager to Customer Service Rep.

Elizabeth Moody joined our team summer of 2021. She is often the one you will talk to when you call our office, as she is one of our customer service representatives and dispatchers. She enjoys her spare time with her baby girl and family.

Danny Doolittle is our Plumbing Service Manager. Danny has been with our Ben Franklin Plumbing team since 2007. Danny & Debra live in Ninety Six. When he is not at work, you can find him at home cleaning and arranging his Big Blue work truck or rebuilding one of his collector vehicles.
Joey Dorn

Joey Dorn is one of our Benjamin Franklin Plumbers, he joined us in 2010. He & wife, Jennifer, live in Ninety Six. They have 2 children Andrew, and Lauren (husband, Chase) and love spoiling their first granddaughter. When he's not helping someone with their plumbing needs, he can be found on his tractor, working his yard or relaxing with his family around the pool.
Chris Harrison

The summer of 2016, we welcomed Chris Harrison (also known as Fuzzy) to our family. He is helping install our heating and air conditioning systems. He lives in Bradley with his 2 young sons and daughter. When not working, he enjoys his family time and from what we hear, he is an outstanding cook, and he is an avid go-kart racer.
Ken Ramey

Ken Ramey joined our Benjamin Franklin team November of 2022. He enjoys farming, hunting and spending time with his 2 young boys, Nolan and Rory, and his little girl, Milly.
Ray Garren

Ray Garren has been a part of our work family since summer of 2023. He brings over 20 years of plumbing experience and looks forward to helping our customers with their needs. He currently resides in the Laurens area and enjoys most outdoor activities including hunting and fishing.
