Had an eventful day . Left to attend my son’s wrestling meet and returned to a broken shower faucet. One that hadn’t been replaced since the 1980s.. screw was broken clean off . Decided to have someone look at it . Googled plumbers in my area and came across Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The young lady I spoke to was very polite and informative. Was able to send a plumber same day within about an hour . My tech was Mr. Ira , who was simply amazing . Very polite and was transparent. He gathered all the information as far as water type (well water) and understanding my home system . He was able to remove and replace the screw . And restore water to the house . While there is still work to be done , Benjamin Franklin plumbing was able to help me in an emergency where I had to cut the main line of water to keep the broken faucet from leaking .
David was polite, knowledgeable, clear, and super accommodating from the estimate stage through completion of our job. He did great work and completed it within the timeframe he said. Five stars!
Ira Miller was the technician that responded to my request. Man was timely, courteous, professional, efficient, communicative, and honestly a good time. Not only did he fix my issue, but gave me different options and explained the pros and cons to each. Then as a courtesy inspected the rest of my water system to make me aware of other things that might pop up in the future, just to make sure I was aware of signs of “impending doom” (my words, not his). Would recommend.
