A no-questions-asked policy, still good months after the project had been complete is worthy of a follow on review. I had neglected to properly secure a new dishwasher Ben Frank installed back in Aug. Or it was me forgetting to order the mounting kit, and I may have said I'd do it. But after dealing with a dishwasher that wanted to tip over all the time I finally called them to see if they could complete it. Their unwritten rule is, if the customer ain't happy, the job is not done. they promptly sent out their team after I did get the parts, and although a bit tricky, they got it locked down securely and now I am a very happy customer.
