Had an excellent experience today with our tech Mike N. We woke up to our kitchen ceiling leaking water. Yikes. They got us scheduled quickly and were out to our house about hour later. He assessed the situation and located the issue quickly. We are very happy with the service we received and quality of work. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in a heartbeat. They also have great service plans, which we did sign up for. Well worth the cost savings. Would also like to add that when he left, he cleaned up everything so nicely, took great care of our home when cutting down drywall, no mess left behind and I really appreciate that. Thank you!

Christian always has a smile and explains the issues in terms that could be easily understood. He advised us his strategy and how he intended to fix our situation without being a salesman. He completed the job on a late Sunday afternoon that allowed us to schedule the drywall repair and carpet install ASAP

We had Cristian from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing come to our house for evaluation of our water pressure regulator. He gave us absolutely great service. We had previously had another plumber come out who told us that the regulator was not working and that we needed a new part that would run about $1200 to replace. This didn’t make sense to us as we had not noted any high-pressure anywhere inside the house. Cristian was able to diagnose the issue, which ended up being related to an outdoor spigot that was not under pressure regulation (not uncommon for outside spigots). So the pressure regulator was actually working just fine even though it is almost 20 years old and will likely need to be replaced sometime in the near future, but the BF price quote was less than $800! We found Cristian to be an excellent diagnostician who was able to explain the problem very clearly and concisely. He obviously has a lot of knowledge and experience. He was very congenial, and did not try to upsell us on any other work. We would highly recommend Cristian and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They will definitely be our go-to for plumbing needs from now on.

Had a plumbing issue with my toilet valve not shutting off the water. They were able to get me scheduled with Tony and his apprentice to come out and fix it the next day. They made quick work of the job making sure to answer my questions and give me pricing options upfront. Definitely will be joining their VIP club.

Joel and Mat communicated frequently during the install process. They worked with me as issues aro se and brought in Robert to review. I am a very happy customer. They are just fantastic. Matthew came out to solve a wiring issue. This was done quickly. I have to say that I am very happy with the staff as they communicate and you are never left in the dark. It has been 3 days since my last update and the heating system has operated flawlessly. I am so happy with the team at BF. They have made me a extremely happy customer. Joel was out today looking at a leak. So professional and courteous . I am always confident I am in good hand. Great communication and a representative of the company. Joel was out here today to fix a leak on one of my baseboards. Great work and always a pleasure showing up on time. Great communicator.
