John was the project manager for my backyard 60+ yr old sewer made of Orangeburg. The city sewer runs 14 ft deep down the middle of our block. This required a deep trench. I was impressed with the high safety standards of the whole crew in the use of the excavator, supportive braces for the trench walls and the continuous watch kept on men down in the trench. The crew also protected my grass and plants as well as possible. Would recommend for your complicated projects.

Had an excellent experience today with our tech Mike N. We woke up to our kitchen ceiling leaking water. Yikes. They got us scheduled quickly and were out to our house about hour later. He assessed the situation and located the issue quickly. We are very happy with the service we received and quality of work. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in a heartbeat. They also have great service plans, which we did sign up for. Well worth the cost savings. Would also like to add that when he left, he cleaned up everything so nicely, took great care of our home when cutting down drywall, no mess left behind and I really appreciate that. Thank you!
