Andrew was wonderful. I had someone else come a few days ago who didn’t find the problem and didn’t try very hard. His company wouldn’t even try to find and repair the leak, they just wanted to charge me $20,000 to re-pipe the underside of the house, which as it turns out wouldn’t even have solved the problem! Andrew just kept looking until he tracked it down and then he FIXED it. He was personable, persistent and competent, and generally a very pleasant person to have in the house. Thank you, Andrew! You’re my hero!
Fantastic experience with Ben Franklin plumbing. We have a membership with them at our rental property and they are always able to show up quickly and make needed repairs when things break. Advice has always been spot on and prices are fair. We especially liked how Dylan was able to work with us over the phone and walk us through options to get the repair done.
