Had an emergency with our water heater springing a major leak. All three service technicians (Christian, Tony, & Dylan) did a great job! Super fast response, very friendly, and professional. My wife really appreciateed the use of shoe covers as they entered the house and the care they took to keep everything as clean as possible. Great higher grade products, service, warranty, and very competitive pricing as confirmed by our son who is also in the same industry but outside of our area.
Both Ilija and Dylan were great! Ilija first came as we did not have hot water. He handled that problem efficiently and then checked all 4 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. Ilija identified quite a number of items that needed replacement and since our home is older it was very good to be made aware of those issues. Dylan then came a couple of days later and fixed all of the problems in one day! He worked all day and did an excellent job while treating our home with respect and went above and beyond to help us. Excellent company and Ilija and Dylan both super!!
Alex and Joel both did a nice job. They were available when I needed them and arrived on time. The work was done professionally and the cost was very reasonable. I'd use them again.
The hot water tank was installed in an extremely tight space. They navigated the puzzle with out a problem. Work was well done and complete
Christian from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was absolutely outstanding. He fixed both our garbage disposal and toilet today with professionalism, efficiency, and a great attitude. He arrived on time, clearly explained what was going on, and walked us through our options without any pressure. Christian worked quickly but thoroughly, left everything clean, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such excellent customer service.
