He was extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about not just the service provided which was a clogged toilet thanks to Cocomelon and our 8 year old, but also about other services we inquired about. I needed a tub drain cleared, and the technician who came out was great to work with. It was late in the day, but he was still patient and took the time to explain what was going on. He cleared the blockage, explained how the old galvanized piping caused the issue, and cleaned everything up when he was done. Really appreciated the help. highly recommend!
