Andrew was wonderful. I had someone else come a few days ago who didn’t find the problem and didn’t try very hard. His company wouldn’t even try to find and repair the leak, they just wanted to charge me $20,000 to re-pipe the underside of the house, which as it turns out wouldn’t even have solved the problem! Andrew just kept looking until he tracked it down and then he FIXED it. He was personable, persistent and competent, and generally a very pleasant person to have in the house. Thank you, Andrew! You’re my hero!

Ilija Kostadinov is the absolute BEST. He is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and is excellent at communicating in a way that perfectly explains things to one who knows absolutely nothing about plumbing. This was an urgent issue that came as a total surprise, called late afternoon to schedule a visit. Ilija called us almost immediately to let us know he was going to get it resolved as soon as possible! AND HE DID!!! Professionalism does not get any better than this.
