Five-Star Service – Truly Exceptional! I had the pleasure of working with Matthew from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and I can’t say enough great things about him. He was punctual, polite, professional, and clearly an expert at what he does. From the moment he arrived, he assessed the problem quickly and efficiently, provided a clear and reasonable quote, and even offered helpful suggestions on how to improve my water quality. We set up the installation, and in just a few days Lionel and John came out. They were great - very helpful with information and suggestions on a site. They did a great job and left the area clean. Thank goodness for Baker Brothers and David Jason, one of their men working on Saturday. I just had foot surgery and water was all around the toilet and soon to be on the bamboo floor. On Monday my toilet was replaced and the old carried off. Then my Hot Water Heater was drained and I bought their annual membership, which I think will be very helpful! Outstanding service from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing with prompt appointment time in response to water heater leak. Jason accessed the problems with an 15 year old water heater and offered all my options. Installed a new water heater for me with no issues and brought the new water heater up to code. Thank you Jason, really appreciate your professionalism. I have used BFP many times and never been disappointed!
