We had a great experience with Noah! He was very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Instead of trying to fix a problem that didn’t really exist, he carefully explained what was going on and gave us practical advice on how to solve it. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy and straightforward. Highly recommend Noah for any plumbing needs!
Beware- it turns out that these pipes if not tightened, painted and treated correctly when first installed by a confusing mix of builder and supplier can fail to seal. Thus a call to a plumber is required. Ben Franklin team came highly recommended and Mike explained exactly what i was paying for and why. The work is warrantied and i felt i got good service hence this review.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Timothy Forde. I hired him to drop a camera in my main sewage line. He was very courteous and informative. And for this specific service, their prices were reasonable. This isn’t a cheap service by any means, but they weren’t gouging.
Ben is a terrific representative of your company. He arrived early and went right to work, evaluating the problem and discussing necessary repairs and cost. Ben is a very personable and knowledgable fellow who knows his trade and communicates well. I enjoyed having Ben repair my plumbing; he even minimized the pain of the repair cost.
