I'd like to thank Arthur Ferguson AKA, " Ben Affleck " and his side kick "Corbin" for all the work they did. Dealing with and old house has it's challenges. Arthur was patient, and very informative in explaining what was required in order to resolve the issues. Such a warm and caring person you have working for your company, Benjamin Franklin ! Our tech Ben was in and out and got us squared away in a breeze! He was very thoughtful and thorough and answer all of my questions in a kind manner. Joseph from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was great, came out redid my plumbing and left it in great shape. They are affordable and listen to my concerns and he was able to address it perfectly!
Very professional. Kept the area as neat as possible considering the yard having a 60’ trench. Michael kept me informed as the work progressed. Water disruption was minimal. Photo is of the yard awaiting the city inspection
