Beware- it turns out that these pipes if not tightened, painted and treated correctly when first installed by a confusing mix of builder and supplier can fail to seal. Thus a call to a plumber is required. Ben Franklin team came highly recommended and Mike explained exactly what i was paying for and why. The work is warrantied and i felt i got good service hence this review.
Devin Morrow went above and beyond to troubleshoot our issue. He is very knowledgeable and personable. We have a phased plan to address our needs and he was honest and upfront about the best approach. Quotes were reasonable and we will be having him back to execute the plan. I was able to get a quick appt. Art came early and easily diagnosed the cause of my two problems. They had to roto-root the outdoor sewer line and replace some parts in a toilet. Work was done efficiently and problems were solved. Art is a true professional. I appreciate his friendliness and ability to provide excellent service.
