I'd like to thank Arthur Ferguson AKA, " Ben Affleck " and his side kick "Corbin" for all the work they did. Dealing with and old house has it's challenges. Arthur was patient, and very informative in explaining what was required in order to resolve the issues. Such a warm and caring person you have working for your company, Benjamin Franklin ! Ben did an excellent job! He was on time, was quick to evaluate the problem with our toilet, quoted us a fair price and got to work. After beginning the job, he provided updates throughout, shared what was leading to our issue, and discussed with us the solution. The total job was completed very quickly. Service technician was very helpful. He knew what he was doing and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable regarding my garbage disposal. He worked quite quickly. He cleaned up after finishing his work. All in all, an above average worker.

Very professional. Kept the area as neat as possible considering the yard having a 60’ trench. Michael kept me informed as the work progressed. Water disruption was minimal. Photo is of the yard awaiting the city inspection
