Beware- it turns out that these pipes if not tightened, painted and treated correctly when first installed by a confusing mix of builder and supplier can fail to seal. Thus a call to a plumber is required. Ben Franklin team came highly recommended and Mike explained exactly what i was paying for and why. The work is warrantied and i felt i got good service hence this review.

Ben M came by today with Ben Franklin for our member inspection and to unclog some sinks and rebuild a toilet. What we really appreciate about Ben is that he took the time to walk us through everything he was doing and showed us how some simple maintenance steps will help long term. We are pleased with Ben Franklin as a company and have used them for years. We will definitely be requesting Ben M going forward.

Brandon and Carson came out today to give an estimate on an irrigation leak and they were so helpful. The company sent a photo and bio of Brandon to give me a heads up, who would be coming out to my property. It was incredibly professional and helpful, and even explained how Brandon has 33 years of experience in the field. They were very timely and got Strait to work as soon as they arrived. Within only 10 minutes of searching for the leak, Brandon found it! They were both so respectful and easy to work with! I highly recommend their services as they are same day and very professional.
