I’d give more stars if I could. We’ve been customers for more than ten years and they have always been great but this most recent service call was somehow even better. Matthew was conscientious and really listened to what the issue was. He had thoughtful ideas of how to fix the issue, not just “replace parts until something fixes the problem”. Rare these days. Almost as good was the office finding a way to get us a same-day service call the day before the ice storm hit.
Beware- it turns out that these pipes if not tightened, painted and treated correctly when first installed by a confusing mix of builder and supplier can fail to seal. Thus a call to a plumber is required. Ben Franklin team came highly recommended and Mike explained exactly what i was paying for and why. The work is warrantied and i felt i got good service hence this review.
Again, great service from Benjamin Franklin. Michael Pack explained everything clearly and well. We may still have to have some work done, but it was not yet required today and I appreciate his honesty about that, but what might be later required. We were not charged for today’s call. And we have time to consider our options. Benjamin Franklin is a great company.
I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! Chuck Smith was very personable, professional, thorough and obviously highly experienced. He could have easily charged me for what he came out here to diagnose just for showing up but after they identified the problem we wound up correcting something totally different. He applied the diagnostic fee to the services we selected. Really unheard of in my past experience. His apprentice Aaron was also super personable, reapectful and engaging, especially with our needy lab pup.as well. Really appreciate their service 5 stars from us!
I was able to get a quick appt. Art came early and easily diagnosed the cause of my two problems. They had to roto-root the outdoor sewer line and replace some parts in a toilet. Work was done efficiently and problems were solved. Art is a true professional. I appreciate his friendliness and ability to provide excellent service.
