This is the 3rd time I have used Ben Franklin plumbing. Johnny and Kai were so great and professions when replacing my condensation line from my AC and they were able to do it without displacing Sheetrock! They also replaced 2 spigots which were very old without having to remove brick!! Their colleague Colby had been at the house the day before for diagnosis purposes and was equally as professional and kind. He even followed up with me to make sure everything was okay! I’m very happy with this team! Very kind and professional!
I had an outstanding experience with Ben Masquelier from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! From start to finish, he was the definition of professionalism. He quickly unclogged my son’s bathroom sink and repaired a leaky faucet in our guest bathroom with skill and efficiency. What really stood out to me, though, was Ben himself. He was incredibly down-to-earth, with a warm smile and a genuinely kind, honest demeanor that immediately put me at ease. Instead of trying to upsell me on expensive services, he took the time to offer practical advice on how to properly maintain our drains and help prevent future issues. That level of honesty and customer care is hard to find these days. It’s refreshing to meet someone who clearly takes pride in both his work and the way he treats people. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Ben again for any future plumbing needs, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice plumber. Five stars all the way!
We have always worked with Ben Franklin for our plumbing and heating needs. Apart from good quality work what stands out is the people who work for them. Cody Lane who helped us with a clogged drain showed amazing workmanship. Extremely courteous, patient and thorough. It’s a blessing to run into such honest good at heart folks. Did a fine job of replacing my kitchen faucet. I thought it was a bit pricey but the tech did a good job and was very friendly. Would have been 5 star had the price been more reasonable.
We were getting a new fridge and when the delivery people went to turn off the line it snapped and flooded my kitchen. I called hoping for ASAP service and they delivered by sending James within 30 minutes. He fixed us up super quick and was knowledgeable and kind while I was panicking!
