Beware- it turns out that these pipes if not tightened, painted and treated correctly when first installed by a confusing mix of builder and supplier can fail to seal. Thus a call to a plumber is required. Ben Franklin team came highly recommended and Mike explained exactly what i was paying for and why. The work is warrantied and i felt i got good service hence this review.
Ben did an excellent job! He was on time, was quick to evaluate the problem with our toilet, quoted us a fair price and got to work. After beginning the job, he provided updates throughout, shared what was leading to our issue, and discussed with us the solution. The total job was completed very quickly.
