I am so incredibly happy with the service with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! The heat in the first of two zones in my home stopped working and I called this company because they did great work for my mother-in-law. I was able to speak to a very nice representative, and in less than 5 minutes, I was speaking with Tom Brady. Tom took the time to listen to the issue I was having and asked me to send him a couple pictures. He got back to me immediately and told me over the phone how to fix the problem myself. He didn't make me feel stupid like some other companies have done in the past. He walked me through the process, and let me know if I had any issues, he would be at my house this afternoon to fix the problem. Tom Brady TAUGHT ME how to fix the issue. Free of charge. I can't express how thankful I am to Tom and his team. I will only use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for our future plumbing needs.

We were very pleased with the service from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Within 24 hours of our initial call we received a quote and had a new water heater installed. Tom Brady was very helpful and the plumbers that came to our home to install the water heater were very professional and courteous. The cost for the install and unit was the best quote we received from other plumbers in the area. The water heater is working perfectly. I would recommend this business if you are in search for a plumber in the Warren County area.

Tom was a huge help in getting my heat back up and running! It's refreshing to deal with people like him who care about getting you issues fixed fast and not about how much the can make off of you.

Job involved removal and replacement of an 80 gallon electric water heater located in the basement. Crew of two workers arrived as scheduled and worked efficiently to complete the installation within 3 hours. They had proper equipment for handling the heaters, were careful to avoid any damage to the floors / stairs, and cleaned up the work area when finished. They also straightened the piping on the original installation which was out of plumb, and relocated the water shut off valves to a more accessible location. All work was completed at the quoted price , which was quite reasonable. Would certainly use Ben Franklin out of Clinton for any future plumbing work.

I had been without heat or hot water since Easter. I had two previous companies come in and tell me I needed a new furnace. One was going to be $20,000. One was going to be $18,000. I called Benjamin Franklin told them what had happened to my furnace. There was black smoke coming out of it. Turn it off because it wasn't good. He told me that he was going to give me a call later in the day and stop by. Called me around 3:00 said he was ready. Asked if I was home I was he came. I wasn't expecting him to do any work but he came ready to work. He took a look at it. Decided that he could clean it and see if he could get it up and running and nothing was wrong with it. No need for a new furnace. I'm within 3 hours. I was up and ready with heat and hot water and everything was good. I'm extremely happy with the work and the price was great ! I'm so glad I called and I will be using him for my tune-ups and when I'm ready to actually replace my furnace I will be going with him. Tom was great!
