In general, customer service is a dying breed, but not the service technicians at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I wanted to surprise my wife with a water softener for Christmas. I knew from my previous interactions with lead technician, Francisco Vega that I would not be disappointed. Francisco came to my residence a week before Christmas to make arrangements for the installation. He and his colleague, Joseph, arrived promptly at the time agreed upon (the day after Christmas) to do the install. The entire installation took about five hours, but it was as seamless as possible. Upon completion of the install, Francisco answered all questions we had and gave us the peace of mind that we had made a great investment. I can confirm that the soft water feels great on our skin and the reverse osmosis water (also installed as part of the package) tastes amazing! Hats off to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, but mostly to the quality technicians they employ.

They took the time to explain everything in a way we could actually understand, welcomed us to watch and ask questions while they worked, and were genuinely a delight to have in our home. I honestly feel like I understand our house’s plumbing better after this experience, and really appreciated them letting us learn from them as they worked. It was very clear that they did everything they could to get us a fix as quickly and affordably as possible, without cutting corners or upselling. Professional, transparent, and kind—exactly what you hope for when dealing with a stressful home issue. Highly recommend!

Good work. Quick turnout. Clear communication. Tim did such a good job we felt we needed to bring up out right away for another job! P.S. Google Isn't letting me give a third review, but Tim has been out to our place to repair two broken pressure tanks, a water heater, one broken well pump, plus installing a new spigot and a junction box AND install a magnetic water treatment device for me. It's been an expensive month, but Benjamin Franklin and Tim have been nothing but great.

David was competent, kind, and repaired my kitchen plumbing quickly for a fair price. He fixed some issues that were not done up to code previously and I am grateful everything is working properly now! He also identified some issues that need to be addressed soon so I don’t get another plumbing nightmare surprise in then future. I found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing through online reviews, and they absolutely lived up to the hype. I had another company out the day before that spent over four hours trying to fix a drain plug and ultimately told me the only option was to cut and replace the pipe for more than $2,000. Brandon came out, quickly figured out what was actually wrong, and had it fully repaired in under an hour for a fraction of the cost. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and honest, and it was such a relief to work with someone who clearly knew what they were doing. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and if you can request Brandon, do it.
