I had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! From start to finish, they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They kept me updated every step of the way and even provided clear before-and-after pictures, which I really appreciated. They did an excellent job installing handwashing sinks and a sink for my warming kitchen, and everything was completed with care and attention to detail. I want to give a special shout-out to Tyler and Jenna — they were absolutely amazing, patient, and informative. I also met the manager once (I’m so sorry I forgot your name!), but you were great as well. The whole team truly went above and beyond. What stood out the most is that they took the time to look up the plumbing codes for my childcare center, explained everything clearly, and educated me on the correct equipment that should be used and what should stay to remain compliant. That level of care and knowledge gave me so much peace of mind. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a trustworthy, communicative, and knowledgeable plumbing company. Cole is an amazing tech. He came over for an after hours call and was quickly able to identify and trouble shoot the issue with my water filter. I will definitely reach out to him again for any plumbing issues in the future.

Vinnie and Myles came promptly to fix our hot water system - not knowing what the real issue even was! As soon as they looked they had the system working within a few minutes. Additionally we looked at the overall system, which had not been maintained properly, and we got a much needed education. We'll be getting them back soon for future maintenance and new system. We call ben franklin and got an immediate response. The plumbers were there in thirty minutes, figured out the problem, fixed the problem, and charged less than the estimate that I originally chose. Thanks to Seth for his expertise and his honesty.

Great experience with Benjamin Franklin. Alex and Robert were friendly, professional and efficient in their work. They took time to do little thinks like cover their shoes, or take them off before entering. Even though I have hardwood floors, it was nice to see.

It was good until someone at the shop ordered the wrong water heater...little delay....they had problems wiring the hot water heater.... The work they did was top notch from what I can see. I was glad that they made sure that it was wired correctly, they took their time and did the job right the first time...will post any follow-up if necessary... The guys were polite, worked hard, got the job done...thanks guys I didn't want to stay in a motel a second night...Happy New Year...lol

Lukas was here for about 7 hours today, I had a new lift station installed, a new water heater (old one was from 1999, I was very lucky to have it last that long) along with a new water softener, this old one only being from 2000. He was kind and very respectful of me and my home. He was very knowledgeable. I’m glad I came across a coupon for them. They had also replaced my furnace and a/c unit unbeknownst to me as that happened when my parents were alive. I give Lukas and his partner Bennett the highest rating I could. AWESOME customer service, knowledge and everything else. Thank you SO much.

Initially, the call was picked up by the computer and Anna, the AI scheduler, answered and asked the appropriate questions. It scheduled a technician about two hours out. I was impressed by this. The human scheduler, Heather, was great. She called back just a few minutes later and was able to schedule Anthony Adams to come out in under 1/2 hour. She texted a picture of Anthony, so that we could recognize him when he arrived. Anthony arrived, introduced himself, and asked to be shown where the problems were. He gave me an estimate with options to repair or replace the existing parts. He was able to repair four of the five problems. The fifth problem wasn’t repairable and requires parts that aren’t available locally. He showed me where there is a crack in that part that isn’t repairable. He explained that I would probably be able to source the part less expensively myself(which I was), and said he will come out to install it without any additional charge. I was impressed by the responsiveness and quality of their service. I will definitely use them again.

Hunter showed up on time and ready to get to work. He provided a prompt quote to perform the work I requested. He began working as soon as I approved the pricing quoted. He finished the job in a very reasonable timeframe with no leaks and the toilet working properly. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin based on the results.
