I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing yesterday and spoke with Monica. She is probably one of the kindest CSRs I have ever encountered. She even asked me “How can I make you smile today?” WOW! My technician was Jeff (they even sent me a picture of him) and he was great about explaining everything and made sure I understood what was to be done! He worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself. I had a great experience and would gladly recommend them to others. No one likes the price, but I would remind all Seniors to ask for the Senior discount!! Good job, Benjamin Franklin!!

Jordan and this company did an amazing job with our water heater replacement, sink repipe and faucet installation. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to show us everything we needed, explained things we didn’t need, and during the entire service visit he was extremely thorough and precise in order to make sure it was done RIGHT. We cannot thank him enough for the spectacular service, not to mention this company’s extremely fair pricing. I’ve been recommending them to everyone I come across! Dylan was my technician, he’s not one of the choices. He was excellent. He had a very big job. I had two sinks and a tub to take care of. He was personable, knowledgeable, And as efficient as he could be with old plumbing. My pipes are over 49 years old so he had some trouble. I have dealt with Benjamin Franklin, Originally Owen plumbing for years and they are always Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. Nothing has changed. Good job to all involved, including the Monica and the other young lady that I talk to to get this set up.

Jeff was our technician on installation of a tankless water heater. He is a a professional technician, and he was very accommodating to me and my wife. He worked very hard. He has a great personality as well. We will always recommend Ben Franklin and ask for Jeff.
