Jordan and this company did an amazing job with our water heater replacement, sink repipe and faucet installation. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to show us everything we needed, explained things we didn’t need, and during the entire service visit he was extremely thorough and precise in order to make sure it was done RIGHT. I am so overjoyed with the service I received from Benjamin Franklin plumbing technician Jeff. He was absolutely wonderful. I needed a new toilet for my master bath and he wrote down everything for me to go get a replacement. They Were able to schedule for Jeff to come back after I picked up the toilet and do the installation for me. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin for your plumbing needs. I give Jeff 10 stars. The Technician Austin was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job. The only negative thing I could say. Is the price $$ I had to pay for the service. Also, they don’t repair the sheet rock in the wall. I will need to have someone repair it. I did have same day service which was a plus.

Installed my dishwasher and a sink faucet. Came out in a time manner within the window promised. Was very professional and was good to keep work area clean. Both dishwasher & faucet worked well after job complete. They took away my old parts. Great job

Dylan was my technician, he’s not one of the choices. He was excellent. He had a very big job. I had two sinks and a tub to take care of. He was personable, knowledgeable, And as efficient as he could be with old plumbing. My pipes are over 49 years old so he had some trouble. I have dealt with Benjamin Franklin, Originally Owen plumbing for years and they are always Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. Nothing has changed. Good job to all involved, including the Monica and the other young lady that I talk to to get this set up.
