The Technician Austin was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job. The only negative thing I could say. Is the price $$ I had to pay for the service. Also, they don’t repair the sheet rock in the wall. I will need to have someone repair it. I did have same day service which was a plus.

Dylan was my technician, he’s not one of the choices. He was excellent. He had a very big job. I had two sinks and a tub to take care of. He was personable, knowledgeable, And as efficient as he could be with old plumbing. My pipes are over 49 years old so he had some trouble. I have dealt with Benjamin Franklin, Originally Owen plumbing for years and they are always Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. Nothing has changed. Good job to all involved, including the Monica and the other young lady that I talk to to get this set up.

I had a great experience with Jordan. He was respectful, took the time to explain the issue with my water heater in a way I could understand, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He also ordered the necessary part without delay. I appreciate his professionalism and would definitely recommend him. The only issue is the flat rate pricing is a little high in my opinion, but that is the only negative.

Two technicians John, who has a knee injury and Dylan Ingram come to my residence on Monday, June 16 to check on noise coming from my water heater. Turns out this was from an issue with my PRV. We made an appt. to come back this morning, to remedy and correct this issue. Dylan was by himself, as John was taking care of his injured knee. Dylan was extremely courteous, prompt, and professional in his demeanor. He worked by himself and had the issue completed in about an hour. He told me what to look for in the future, for any other issues, which i hopefully will not have. Thank you for both John and Dylan for their experience, knowledge and polite attitude, on this issue. Please keep both of these gentlemen. They are Fantastic guys. I am very blessed I have my water heater from Benjamin Frankling plumbing, and for John and Dylan. Thank You !!!!!
