We woke up to brown water and no pressure this morning. Called and spoke with a rep who took all our information and in about an hour, we had a plumber at our house, assessed the plumbing and gave us a quote. We agreed and by early afternoon, we had a new pressure tank, water pressure back to normal and brown water fading away. We are very happy. We joined their member program and saved money.
