Their patient , knowledgeable , and talented staff installed a six head multi split inverter heat pump system in my 1770 cape. It doesn’t get more complicated than my install and Terry, Malachy, Jason, and Nick made it look easy. No ugly piping on the outside and seamless use of closets and chases for piping on the inside. Yes they do HVAC!

Making sure to come in and out only when necessary, wearing covers on their shoes, cleaning up as they worked up to leaving out. Ryan W. was sure to go over every detail of the job with me. By the time he left I was not confused about anything that I paid for. I can explain it in full detail to my to brief him on the job as well. Ryan was kind, professional, honest and treated my home as if it was his home. Which I greatly appreciated. I love that they wear their id badges, have their tablets to take payments, photos and when they call it comes from the company line. Makes me feel secure. Their vehicle also has the company logo on it. They come with their own tools and equipment. I also appreciate the pricing. I will continue to use them for my water and gas plumbing needs.
After I found my toilet was backing up into my bathtub at an alarming rate- I turned to google to find someone who was open after hours to address my obvious septic back up…I found this company at the top of the list and called the 24 hr number. At first I was annoyed to reach the “A.I.” message but stuck with the rest of the phone call navigation (I was desperate) which brought me to an immediate appt set up. I was still skeptical about getting an appt within 12 hrs..so I called back and waited for a live person. I left a message and someone called me back within 5 minutes to confirm this was a real company ready to take us as a client. He confirmed the time for the next morning. We received text messages to confirm the appt, to let us know when the tech was 30 mins away, and listed a number to call with any questions. I called the morning of my appt to be sure this was still legit (I know, I know…) and a live person confirmed I was all set! When the tech, Eric Card showed up he was polite, professional, and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledge about septic systems. He offered suggestions to mitigate future issues and taught us a great deal about our current septic system. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin to everyone. Our experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was fantastic! All staff we spoke to were extremely kind and professional and got us on the schedule fast. I called on Wednesday evening about a slow leak in our basement pipe and they got us scheduled for first thing Friday, but made a note to get us in if anything opened up sooner and it did! They ended up coming out first thing Thursday morning! Extremely impressed by the level of professionalism and care from everyone we spoke with. Amisadai, the technician who came out, was fantastic. He was extremely thorough, patient, and kind. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and helped us create a plan for next steps. Absolutely fantastic team all around! We will continue to work with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the future!
Vinnie and Myles came promptly to fix our hot water system - not knowing what the real issue even was! As soon as they looked they had the system working within a few minutes. Additionally we looked at the overall system, which had not been maintained properly, and we got a much needed education. We'll be getting them back soon for future maintenance and new system.
